Abstract: The research project, Magic, humor and creativity in the classroom to enhance mathematical thinking is a didactic strategy that allows deep reflection in the classroom, to enhance mathematical thinking in students, using humor and magic as activators of creativity, taking creativity from the child's relationship with the context. When the student is stimulated thinking and creativity solves mathematical problems and problems of situations of daily life, with this strategy it is intended to propose models that contribute to provide propitious and meaningful spaces based on a mathematical training not only cognitive, but reflective, responsible, updated, critical and coherent, that goes beyond the contents, from a contextualized reality. With the purpose that the student develops skills of imagining, proposing and transforming, thus having the ability to devise something new to solve a specific mathematical situation in an innovative and different way, capable of analyzing situations of everyday life, drawing their own conclusions that allow them to understand, understand, evaluate, question and make sense to what surrounds him, in order to act more intelligently, developing socio-emotional skills, and at the same time from mathematics to form competent citizens who bring significant changes to society.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify factors that influence students’ class participation and implementing an action plan as remedy to enhance students’ class participation. The study has employed various method of data collection such as questionnaire, checklists, interview, and focus-group discussion. Observation was employed to evaluate the level of students’ participation in the class. Based on the class observation or preliminary study in the classroom, most students were passive learner or non interactive class environment during the lesson intervention except very few students. After the data collection and data analysis, action implementation strategies were employed. The results shows that most students participate less due to its language difficulties, fear, shyness, lack of confidence, less class preparation, little or no teachers’ attention to what students do at the time of his/her lesson period. Hence, an action strategies like advice, changing the seating arrangement, reinforcement, and other strategies have been implemented. Accordingly, the outcome reveals that most of the students have actively participated during the observation day and after the action research intervention period. Therefore, the action research indicates that the intervention plan utilized has contributed for tremendous change in student’s class participation and establishment of positive reinforcement among students.

Abstract: The main objectives of this study was to identify the determinants or factors that affect the educational performance of the students in Sawla preparatory school, specifically: to examine the level or performance of students in Sawla preparatory School. To examine the personal, economical and administrative factors that hinders the academic performance of students in Sawla preparatory school. In order to achieve the derived objective both primary and secondary data were used. The primary data were collected from 90 sample students through separate structured questionnaire from preparatory students of Sawla preparatory school using the simple random sampling technique. The secondary data was collected from office of school director records, internet, books and other different source which are published and unpublished. Linear regression model and descriptive analysis were used to analyze the data collected from respondents. the finding of the Linear regression model reveals that: the average grade point of students was positively and statistically significant affected by: Annual income, class attendance, family occupation, study hour, reference book and place of study. Negatively and significantly influenced by family size based on the finding of the study the researcher has concluded that: by making all other explanatory variable constant family size of the students an important variable affects the student achievement. The researcher also recommended that government also more concerned about education service by method different support like reference book and building of class.

Abstract: This study aims to comprehensively present ways to determine the validity of a standardized test, highlighting essential criteria that can be widely used. Incremental learning, as conceived by Minsky, represents the construction of knowledge focused on the multitude of interactions between the cognitive components (which build inferences in a decision-making process) or metacognitive components (which support the solving and decision-making process); it requires a special type of feedback (motivational, affective, behavioral, cognitive) through a standardized assessment. Evaluation through standardized tools has unique requirements that are imposed to be able to provide feedback as eloquently and correctly as possible at the same time. One of the particular mandatory criteria is testing the validity of the test, with all its components: internal validity, external validity, content validity (highlighted by the value of the content validity coefficient and the value of the concordance coefficient), criterion validity (with its components competitive validity and predictive validity), and construct validity (which involves both a theoretical and an empirical approach). The examples built in this work illustrate how to calculate the concordance coefficient, Kendall's coefficient, respectively Cohen's coefficient for a set of results obtained by a group of students who two or more evaluators evaluated.

Abstract: Children's Language education refers to promoting the development and improvement of children's language ability through systematic methods and strategies. The purpose of this review is to understand the research progress, main research directions and achievements in the field of children's Language education through reviewing and summarizing relevant research in the past 20 years from 2000 to 2022, we hoped this will provide reference for future related research. This research uses Cite Space to analyze the research trend, research results and research content of children's Language education activities, summarized the problems and put forward the following suggestions: first, form a correct concept of children’s language education; second, teachers should enhance their learning of children’s language implementation theory; third, provide appropriate reading materials; fourth, teachers should pay attention to supportive strategies in language education. To do this well, in terms of specific strategies, teachers should enhance their learning of children’s language implementation theory in order to better help children learn language. Teachers should master the basic principles, characteristics, laws and methods of children’s language development in order to better guide children’s language learning. In addition, teachers should also take effective measures, such as creating a good language learning environment, adopting effective teaching methods, adopting effective evaluation methods and taking effective incentive measures, in order to better guide children’s language learning.

Abstract: Setting up and implementing labor education courses in university courses is one of the main ways to implement labor education in Chinese universities. The implementation of any course is based on certain course resources, and the lack of course resources will hinder the implementation of the course. In order to better promote the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources in universities, it is necessary to analyze the complexity of the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources from four aspects: schools, teachers, students, and parents. Based on the complexity analysis of the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources, analyzing the specific content of the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources can help improve the effectiveness of the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources. The content of labor education curriculum resources in universities includes three aspects: family field and school field resources are the foundation; Social field resources are the focus; Teachers and students' own experience is a guide. The ways to develop and utilize labor education curriculum resources are as follows: firstly, to adapt to local conditions and leverage the unique advantages of the field; The second is to collaborate in educating people and strengthen the power of family school social co education; Thirdly, both internal and external training should be carried out to enhance teachers' professional literacy; The fourth is to deeply explore and highlight the dominant position of students.
