Abstract: In order to improve the adaptability of vocational education, carry out the "vocational education and general education are two different kinds of education types, has equally important position", this paper from the perspective of vocational education training objectives, function orientation, social demand and implementation path, analyze the characteristics of vocational education, sort out the "subject", "fusion of demand, standard cross-border, technology", "domain, knowledge", "cross-boundary, four fusion" talent training mode. The "three-level" implementation path of "macro planning, mesoscopic strategy, and micro implementation" of the new model of talent training and the "five guarantees" system of "policy research, cooperation model, carrier construction, operation mechanism and evaluation system" are specially designed; the significance of the implementation of the "four cross-border and four integration" talent training model is discussed. In the "four cross-border, four fusion" talent training mode implementation process, closely around the five integrated design ideas, divided into macro planning, medium strategy, micro implementation of three levels, from policy research, cooperation mode, carrier construction, operation mechanism and evaluation system "five guarantees" orderly promote talent training work. From the perspective of talent training model, this paper explores the specific theory and path design of the development of vocational education types, and the landing of vocational education as a type of education is an exploration and practice.

Abstract: In this study, group quizzes were compared with individual quizzes in Organic 1 course sections to identify if students showed improved performance on exam topics supported by group or individual quizzes. Researchers also tracked the degree of student collaboration reported on quizzes and homework assignments along with student attitudes on the quiz approach. Quiz and in-class exam scores were analyzed. Questions from the American Chemical Society Organic First Semester final exam were categorized by whether that topic had been covered on an individual quiz, a group quiz, or was not covered on a quiz, and performance on these sets of topics was analyzed. Students responded very positively to the group quizzes and the data suggest they collaborated more on homework when given group quizzes. Quiz grades and in-class exam grades did not seem to be affected by quiz type. Students in the experimental semester saw a boost in ACS final exam performance on topics associated with individual quizzes when given group quizzes for part of the semester.

Abstract: In the context of the still severe epidemic, online teaching will still be the first choice for education and teaching. However, there is a big gap between the learning effect of online teaching and the learning effect of traditional offline teaching. At the same time, students' sense of learning experience through online learning has relatively weak self-awareness. Therefore, this study uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct a survey on 166 online students, and uses the data analysis method to conduct reliability and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis on the sample data to verify whether the null hypothesis is established. The results show that H1: Conscious social presence has a positive effect on learning, H2: Emotional social presence has a positive effect on learning, and H3: Cognitive social presence has a positive effect on learning. All three hypotheses are valid, the social presence of online learners has a positive impact on their learning effect. At the same time, social presence has a direct impact on the learning effect of online learners, and its regression equation is: Y=0.229*a+0.543*c. In the online online classroom, online students can be improved by turning on the camera, frequent communication and interaction, more clearly formulating teaching tasks and explaining knowledge points, etc.

Abstract: Textbooks, as one of the important carriers of higher vocational curriculum teaching, play a very important role in the quality of classroom teaching. The content of textbooks directly reflects the advanced nature of curriculum technology, and their arrangement will also promote teachers to actively carry out teaching reforms. In 2019, two documents advocating the use of new loose-leaf textbooks, "Administrative Measures for Teaching Materials in Vocational Colleges" and "Key Points of Vocational Education and Continuing Education in 2019" were promulgated by the Ministry of Education; in addition, the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" also highlighted It is necessary to strengthen the reform of "three teachings" in vocational colleges. The research on loose-leaf textbooks at home and abroad mainly focuses on the connotation, characteristics, structural composition, content and application research of loose-leaf textbooks. At present, there are still some problems in the research on the construction of loose-leaf textbooks. For example, theoretical research on the development of loose-leaf textbooks is insufficient, and research on the process paradigm of textbook development is blank. In addition, the research on textbook theory and textbook development practice are incompatible. Moreover, the textbook content and occupational requirements are disconnected. In the compilation process of textbooks, the development adaptability problems are not reasonably judged. In this paper, these problems will be studied in detail.

Abstract: With the continuous promotion of BIM technology in the construction industry, the lack of BIM talents has become the bottleneck for the development of BIM, which puts forward higher requirements for civil engineering, engineering management and other related majors in colleges and universities. It has become the general trend to integrate BIM technology into the curriculum reform and teaching reform. The graduation project is a link to test students' learning ability and practical ability in the last semester of university. Introducing BIM technology into the graduation project link can fully improve students' understanding and mastery of the whole process of engineering management, and effectively improve students' cross-specialty learning and practical ability. BIM learning effectiveness analysis is feedback to teachers' teaching results after students learn BIM, and teachers can know the shortcomings of BIM teaching through evaluation. BIM teaching of engineering management can formulate more accurate training scheme and teaching design through BIM learning effectiveness analysis and evaluation, and improve the quality of professional talent training. In this paper, using literature analysis, field investigation and comprehensive study methods of project management professional graduation design based on BIM learning evaluation system of in-depth research, based on the software operating ability, professional coordination ability and team cooperation ability and the ability of individual field four evaluation index system, based on the practice of evaluation index shows that The BIM based graduation design of engineering management major has achieved remarkable learning results. Under the background of actual cases, the requirements and specific tasks of BIM based graduation design of engineering management major are analyzed and studied, and the specific evaluation index system of BIM based graduation design of engineering management major is established for reference.

Abstract: Background: The study examines the significance of supervision in the attainment of the specific objectives of secondary education in Nigeria as indicated in the National Policy on Education. Emphasis was placed on the internal supervisory roles of principals and their impact on teachers’ productivity. This is in view of the perceived correlation between principals’ approaches to supervision and teachers’ productivity. Objectives: Evidence abounds in the literature to show that principals in public secondary schools exhibit different disposition towards supervisory functions in their various institutions. The nature of this disposition can either improve or constrain productivity of these teachers. This study was therefore undertaken to ascertain internal mechanisms for instructional supervision in public secondary school; the perception of teachers on principals’ approach towards supervisory practices and the influence principals’ supervisory functions on teachers’ productivity in the public secondary schools. Method: The study used descriptive research of the survey type. The population of the study comprised all public secondary school teachers and students in Badagry Local Government. Simple random sampling technique was used to select 150 secondary school teachers and 240 secondary students in Badagry Local Government. A self-designed instrument named “Principals’ Instructional Supervisory Practices and Teachers’ Productivity Questionnaire” (PISPTPQ) was used for data collection. The reliability of PISPTPQ was established through test-retest method. The scores obtained were correlated using Pearson Moment Correlation Coefficient. A coefficient of 0.86 obtained for PISPTPQ was considered adequate for the instrument. The data collected were analyzed using frequency and mean scores as descriptive statistics while correlation coefficient was used as the inferential statistic. Results: The study revealed the existence of internal measures for instructional supervision in the public secondary schools with teachers exhibiting negative perception towards principals’ instructional supervisory practices. The study showed that teachers’ productivity was high in these public secondary schools but there was no statistically significant relationship between principals’ instructional supervisory practices and teachers’ productivity. Conclusion: The negative perception of teachers towards principals’ supervisory practices is highly worrisome and while the observed high productivity among the teachers is a positive development for secondary education.
