Abstract: A coat consisting of IrO2-Ta2O5 as a catalytically active layer on a titanium substrate was prepared by the thermal decomposition method followed by the anodic electrolysis process in an aqueous solution of H2SO4 0.5 mol.dm-3 at 4 A.Cm-2 current density. The morphology and the composition of the coating were investigated both by the field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) coupled with the energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The XRD and the XPS experimental results revealed that some of the texture coefficients of IrO2-rutile crystal preferentially grown and the crystal lattice changes with aging time in air furnace at 100 °C. It was observed that at 4 A.Cm-2, this coated material behaves as a good catalytically active layer for oxygen evolution reactions (OER). The OER process leads to the corrosion of the surface banks layer by layer, and consequently the cracks appeared and expanded, resulting in fragmentation and further peeling. The EDS results revealed that during the electrolysis of the coated electrode there was a selective consumption of the iridium oxide. The presence of titanium metal was detected in the outermost coating. This might be originated from the titanium foil dissolved and diffused through the coated layer defects during the electrolysis process.

Abstract: It has been studied the temperature dependence of the resistivity of LDPE - CdS nanocomposites obtained by the crazing method of the polymer matrix in liquid medium and heat-treated in two different modes. It is shown that the observed cavity in temperature dependence of the resistivity in the samples, treated at T = 383K disappears in the samples treated at T = 413K. 413K is premelting temperature of polymer matrix and sample structuring and disappearance of the surface porosity occurs in nanocomposites treated at this temperature due to penetration of the main part of CdS nanoparticles in the matrix volume. Changes in electrical properties of the composite after heat treatment as shows RTL spectra occurs in the result of changes in the structure of the polymer and the nature of polymer – nanoparticle interaction.

Abstract: It has been comparatively studied the forms of Turan type of wheat with different ecological origins and turanoid forms formed as a result of hybridization and gathered into gene pool from Azerbaijan area, Devedishi, the ancient people selection species of Azerbaijan, which is related to the type of T.turanicum Jakubz., Turanicum-186 gained by I.D.Mustafayev based on electrophoreogram of gliadine fraction of protein. The Devedishi in Azerbaijan and the selection of popular species Turatish in other Turkic states has been proved to be of the same origin. The Turan wheat is a donor for the formation of big grained, high-quality wheat. This species has been proven to be one of the parental forms in the evolution of the Secale L.

Abstract: The electrophysical properties of the surface of metallic beryllium were studied before and after radiation-thermal treatment in water medium at temperatures 473 –773K under the influence of gamma quanta. On the features of the curves current-voltage characteristics it is established that radiation-thermal modification of the surface of beryllium is accompanied by the formation of oxide structures, defects which are determined by the temperature and time of irradiation. It is shown, that the formation of continuous oxide layer with dielectric properties leads to the increase of the surface resistivity by order. It was a comparative study the kinetics of changes in the values of surface resistivity of contact time for radiation - thermal and thermal oxidized beryllium samples. It was revealed stimulating role of radiation at relatively low temperatures in the oxidation process.

Abstract: Cd1-хMnхTe(x=0.05) thin films have been obtained on mica substrates. The surface morphology of samples examined with scanning electron analytical microscope JEOL JSM 7600F and AFM. We obtained Cd1-xMnxTe (х=0.05) thin films of high perfection with smooth and glossy surface and having homogeneous composition of Cd, Te, Mn. The crystal structure of obtained samples was investigated by x-ray diffraction method. It has been found that the synthesized samples and films obtained on mica substrates have a polycrystalline structure and indicated on the base of cubic lattice. It has been studied the impact of γ-irradiation on structure of Cd1-хMnхTe (x=0.05) thin films. The samples were irradiated by γ-ray 3 times at T=300 K. After irradiation the intensity in X-ray diffraction patterns is changed. The x-ray patterns of non-irradiated samples showed all the characteristic scattering peaks. While, the x-ray patterns of irradiated sample appeared different. The irradiated samples showed less degree of crystallinity as evidenced by fewer peaks of lower intensity. We have investigated the influence of -radiation on electrophysical properties of Cd1-хMnхTе thin films at T=300 K. Samples were irradiated 3 times by γ-ray at Dϒ=1051krad doses. As a result the VAC has changed after irradiation in dependence of -irradiation dose. The resistance is changed too. After γ-irradiation till D=30krad doses the photosensitivity is increased but the further increasing of doses leads to disappearing of sensitivity.

Abstract: Band structure, density of states, total energy and magnetic moment are calculated for ideal and defective supercell CdTe and CdMnTe by ab initio method. The optimization of crystal structure and atom relaxation has been carried out. The band gap, local levels in the band gap and magnetic moments are defined for various defective supercell CdTe and CdMnTe in ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic states. It has been defined that as Mn atoms, the vacancy, interstitial atom and Frenkel pair in the crystal structure form magnetic moment.
