Abstract: More and more studies have found that thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism are related to adverse pregnancy outcomes, and maternal thyroid diseases also have a certain impact on fetal development. Drugs used to treat maternal hyperthyroidism can pass through the placenta and affect fetal thyroid development and thyroid function, and may cause fetal development malformations . Due to the lack of in-depth knowledge of this disease, timely screening, medical consultation and treatment rates for thyroid diseases during pregnancy are relatively low. Like this, if the treatment is not timely, it may cause irreversible effects on the pregnancy process and the fetus, such as increasing the risk of high blood pressure during pregnancy, miscarriage, premature delivery, low birth weight, stillbirth, thyroid crisis and maternal congestive heart failure, and impairing the neurological and intellectual development of offspring. This article intends to provide a reference for clinicians in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases during pregnancy and postpartum through a comparative analysis of the latest guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases during pregnancy in China and the United States in 2020. It is hoped that through this article, various related complications and risks of mothers, fetuses and pregnancy caused by abnormal thyroid function will be reduced, and the quality of the population will be improved.

Abstract: Clock circuit is an important part of PCB, which is usually composed of crystal oscillator, crystal oscillator control chip and capacitor. Electromagnetic emission generated by clock circuit is one of the main interference sources of electronic equipment. According to the different transmission paths, electromagnetic interference caused by clock circuit usually includes conduction interference and radiation interference. When the electromagnetic emission generated by the clock circuit reaches a certain degree, it may affect the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic equipment. In this paper, by analyzing the frequency spectrum characteristics of the clock signal, the difference of the frequency spectrum of the clock signal under different parameters is compared, and the electromagnetic emission test method is given. On this basis, when the EMI suppression method of clock circuit is studied, a series of EMC design methods of clock circuit are summarized, and the application of spread spectrum technology in clock circuit is proposed.

Abstract: For the permanent magnet synchronous wind generator, a control method based on losses minimization is proposed, in order to solve the problem of the maximum wind energy tracking control, which often neglects the generator losses caused by the deviation between the actual working point and the optimal power point, and leads to the output power loss. Then, considering the loss of generator, the small-signal method is used to establish the transfer functions of the main components, such as the wind turbine, transmission chains, permanent magnet synchronous generator and so on. The zeros and poles of the transfer functions and their related stability are analyzed. The PI controllers of the current loop and power loop are designed, and the calculation method of control parameters is given. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, and show that the maximum wind energy tracking mode based on the loss minimization control (LMC) can reduce the controllable losses of the generator. Finally, compared with the id=0 control and the maximum torque per ampere control (MTPA), the method improves the maximum power tracking performance and increases the power output.

Abstract: Objective To discuss the preservation solution (PS) contamination and initial experience of liver transplantation from organ donation by citizens after death and initial experience. Methods The 78 liver transplant recipients were divided into positive group and negative group based on the finding of the culture of PS. The positive group received the sequential therapy of antibiotics with ertapenem and imipenem for one week, and the negative group stopped using imipenem. The situation of PS contamination and infection after liver transplantation and prognosis during the follow-up 3 months of the recipients were analyzed. Results PS culture positive rate was 41.03%, and 33 strains of pathogens were isolated. The most common pathogenic bacteria were gram-negative bacilli (9 strains, 27.27%) and coagulase –negative staphylococci (9 strains, 27.27%). The infection rate after liver transplantation was 31.25% and 13.04%, respectively, in positive group and negative group (χ2=3.837, P=0.048). The most frequent infection sites were lower respiratory tract (5 cases, 31.25%), abdominal cavity (5 cases, 31.25%) and surgical incision (4 cases, 25.00%). There was no significant difference in postoperative infection rate among patients with different CTP, MELD and surgical methods (P>0.05). One case (1.28%) was infected with the same pathogenic bacteria as PS contamination 3 weeks after liver transplantation, and died of multiple organ failure. There was no significantly difference in the acute rejection rate (1,3.13% and 2, 4.35%) and mortality (2,6.25% and 5,10.87%) between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Contamination of the PS is frequent in liver transplantation, and it is the risk factor for postoperative infection of recipients. Early targeted antimicrobial treatment against pathogens cultured from PS play a positive role in reducing the contamination-associated infection rate after liver transplantation.

Abstract: In order to analyze the quantitative influence of the axial compression ratio on the seismic performance of reinforced concrete (RC) frame column, this paper carried out the numerical analysis of the quasi-static simulation of a RC frame column and analyzed its hysteresis performance, bearing capacity, stiffness degradation, energy consumption capacity and ductility capacity under different axial compression ratios, based on OpenSees finite element software, considering the buckling and fatigue damage model. The results show that the smaller the axial compression ratio, the fuller the hysteresis curve and the slower the stiffness degradation of the column. The ultimate bearing capacity of the column increases by 24.6% when the axial compression ratio increases from 0.3 to 0.8, but bearing capacity decreasing and stiffness degradation is faster and faster. When the deformation does not exceed the ultimate displacement, the equivalent viscous damping at each displacement level of high axial compression ratio column is greater than that of the low axial compression ratio, but the total hysteretic energy decreases about 64.2% at maximum amplitude. The ultimate displacement gradually decreases with the increase in the axial compression ratio, and the ductility factor decreases about 55.9% at maximum amplitude. The results can be referenced by the seismic design and analysis of RC frame.

Abstract: Strong columns and weak beams and "strong joints and weak members" are important concepts in the design of reinforced concrete ductile frame structures. However, many earthquake damages show that a large number of reinforced concrete frame structures still do not guarantee the realization of the above seismic concepts. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs and manufactures a beam column joint with plate, which includes the bottom column base and the moment increasing coefficient of the column end is 1.2. Through the quasi-static reciprocating loading test, the influence of the bearing capacity, ultimate deformation, stiffness degradation and hysteretic energy consumption of the specimen is investigated. The test results show that when the moment increasing factor at the end of the column is 1.2, the failure order of the specimen is bottom column base beam slab bottom column base, the plastic hinge occurs at the bottom of the column, and the position of the column in the beam column joint is not damaged; According to the seismic code, the overall failure mode of the beam column joints with slab and infilled wall at the bottom column base can be "strong column and weak beam" and "strong joint and weak member" under the action of reciprocating quasi-static loading.

Abstract: Ozone pollution control has become the focus of air pollution control at this stage and even during the 14th Five Year Plan period, so it is more and more important to measure ozone concentration precisely. In this paper, based on the measurement principle of ozone concentration by ultraviolet photometry, the ozone has characteristic absorption of ultraviolet light at 254 nm wavelength, according to Lambert-Biel's law, ozone concentration can be obtained by detecting the change of UV intensity. At the same time a new design of double optical cells and dual detectors is proposed, there is no fluctuation with one source, fast response time under alternating sampling, and the built-in ozone generator is used to achieve multi-point calibration, The test was made according the standard “HJ654-2013”, the test results are far better than the requirements in the standard.

Abstract: Concrete is currently the most widely used material in civil engineering structures. In addition to being subjected to dead loads and live loads during its service, it may also encounter accidental loads such as impacts and collisions. Previous research has shown that the forced characteristics of concrete structures under dynamic loads such as impacts and collisions are very different from those under static loads. In order to summarize the dynamic characteristics of concrete structures and measures to reduce its impact damage, this article firstly introduced the mechanical characteristics of concrete structures under impact loads, including the dynamic force characteristics of concrete structures under high-speed, low-speed impact loads and confining pressure; Then reviews the achievements and development of domestic and foreign scholars on concrete impact research in recent years: the research status of concrete dynamic constitutive structure is summarized from the aspects of the sensitivity of concrete strength strain rate and the dynamic constitutive model; the research status of impact resistance of concrete structure is carried out from the aspects of high-speed, low-speed impact load and measures to reduce its impact damage. Finally the development trend of concrete structure impact is summarized and prospected, which will provide some references for the subsequent research on concrete structure impact.

Abstract: In this paper, the ground-measured spectral reflectance was combined with C-band microwave radar quadrupolarized backscattering data, and the characteristic bands were selected using partial least squares and correlation coefficient methods, and a model was developed to evaluate the degree of soil salinization. Using the spectral reflectance and its logarithmic, first-order and second-order derivatives of the four spectral data, correlation analysis was performed and found that the first and second order derivatives of the spectra were better correlated compared to the first two. The correlations of soil EC values in the four bands of 1584-1588 nm, 1802-1806 nm, 2201-2205 nm, and 2344-2348 nm transformed by second-order derivatives were 0.27, 0.34, 0.33, and 0.35, respectively, and there existed two bands of 1802-1806 nm and 2344-2348 nm that both had better soil EC correlation. The bands selected by the partial least squares method are more backward than those selected by the correlation coefficient method, and there are extremely sensitive bands, and the fit of the second-order derivative transformation model is better compared with that of the correlation coefficient method. By combining the second-order derivatives of reflectance, surface roughness and radar backscatter coefficients, the neural network model with the second-order derivatives of reflectance and radar backscatter characteristics was the best prediction model, and its R2 for soil EC was 0.8666.
