Optimization of the Culture Conditions of Kombucha Cellulose by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract: Kombucha cellulose is a kind of secondary metabolites produced by microorganisms. It is a kind of extracellular polysaccharide which is linked with β-1,4 glycosides. Compared with lignocellulose, it is the key focus of the current research in society, with a complex three dimensional reticular structure,material-combining ability, good biocompatibility, high purity, outstanding water-holding capacity, whichcan play an important role in many areas. Optimization of culture medium by response surface method to determine the optimum Kombucha culture conditions. The optimum culture condition was: Black Tea 2.16g, sucrose 27.33g, bran 4.35g, inoculum 23.03%,culture 48h, under these conditions, the growth of biofilm thickness of Kombucha can reach 0.76cm. At the same time, the growth rate and the establishment of Kombucha Black Tea between sucrose, wheat bran and the inoculation amount of two polynomial model, the model can predict the growth status of Kombucha, can obtain the optimal conditions.

Abstract: In this study, from forty different varieties of celery in different regions of China as test material, the scientific character of RAPD technology in the identification of celery cultivars was carried out in the verification and analysis technology. The results show that the RAPD can well distinguish the genetic relationship of celery varieties of far and near, is suitable for the analysis of celery cultivars relationship between simple and ideal DNA molecular marker technology. One of the thirteen bases of different length of primer RAPD technique in the analysis of celery cultivars relationship between definition and the number of bands have the obvious difference, method based identification as celery varieties with different genetic relationship.

Abstract: It is difficult to make fine-grained random call in GIS system development or data processing owing to the multi-source heterogeneity of spatial data. Moreover, to convert the data into a unified format easily can lead to the loss of the core attributes. In this paper, we discuss the translation methods among several different data formats, including attribute and business data , network data, CAD data, heterogeneous GIS spatial data, and domestic and foreign GIS data, etc, based on software technology like FME, MyFME, Arcgis, MessagePack package, crawling tools and so on. Then, we propose a universal processing framework for multi-source heterogeneous data integration in the GIS field, and verify the performance of the proposed framework through integrating several kinds of data.

Abstract: In order to achieve quantitative description and analysis of root architecture, a 3D vector model building method for plant root was proposed. Firstly, three data structures of root node, root branch and root system are designed. Secondly, according to the linear characteristic of root, the root skeleton points are extracted by the slice algorithm. Then, branch topological relations is established by using the path planning algorithm based on connectivity. Finally, the attribute parameters (radius, area, circumference, etc.) of the skeleton points are extracted by the method of branch slice. The results of the vector model are preserved in the three data structures of the root system, and the three-dimensional phenotypic detection of the root system is carried out using the model data. Through the analysis of the phenotypic test results, and compared with the manual measurement results, the verification of the proposed method of the feasibility and accuracy.

Abstract: One of the important code of modern coding theory, the protograph LDPC code technology has been gained more and more attention due to its low encoding complexity, fast decoding speed, low BER, and simple optimization analysis process etc. the quasi-cyclic expansion algorithm of the protograph LDPC codes, named as PQCE algorithms, can complete the extension of protograph and eventually get the protograph LDPC codes. However, the existing PQCE algorithms may be with a low convergence rate, or exist many short cycles in the check matrix. To solve the above problem, a Quasi-cyclic expansion algorithm for protograph LDPC codes based on PEG and PH is proposed in this paper, referred as PEG-PH-PQCE algorithm. In the proposed algorithm, base matrix is acquired by PEG parallel edges elimination expansion algorithm during the first-step expansion of protograph. Then, the second-step expansion is completed, in which the initial index matrix is obtained by PEG quasi-cyclic expansion algorithm, and the check matrix is acquired by using the Hill Climbing algorithm to optimizing the initial index matrix. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness the validity of the proposed algorithm, such as, a small number of short cycles and high convergence rate, etc.

Abstract: In cognitive radio system, spectrum reuse is one of the main methods to improve the utilization of spectrum resources. Nevertheless, it has been unable to further improve spectrum efficiency that the reuse is implemented exclusively from the dimension of frequency. Taking account of the problem of spectrum resource spatial reuse in addition to the reuse of frequency, and aiming at the problem of the network transmission power optimization based on spectrum resource spatial reuse method in cognitive network, this paper proposes a spectrum resource spatial reuse algorithm based on Game Theory. Game theory is used by the algorithm to establish a game model of spectrum resources spatial reuse. A price function based on the channel quality is introduced to ensure the fairness of cognitive user to allocate power in each channel. A successive over relaxation iteration algorithm is used to solve the Nash equilibrium. Simulation results confirm that the proposed algorithm not only has high reliable detection performance to reduce the total transmission power, but also can ensure the service quality of cognitive users.

Abstract: When gas transmission pipelines are working, due to being heated or cold and expansion and contraction, the pipes will produce thermal stress. Thus the stress poses a threat to pipeline working. Therefore, this article will adopt the method of model simulation and establish a channel space finite element model, then the ANSYS finite element analysis software will be applied to the calculation of thermal stress of the pipelines.Finally, we will do some research and analysis of the factors affecting the thermal stress in pipeline.The results show that the temperature had a greater influence on the thermal stress of pipeline, when the larger internal and external temperature difference of the pipeline get, the greater thermal stress the pipes produce. Secondly, the wall thickness of pipelines also affects thermal stress. Under the condition of the constant pipe diameter, thermal stress produced by pipes becomes small with the increase of pipe wall thickness.Lastly, with the fixed constraint on one end of the pipeline, the produced thermal stress is significantly larger than unconstrained condition and situation of constraints on two ends, etc.So it is suggested that the space between anchor blocks on pipelines cannot be too small, which means we should minimize that condition of the fixed constraint on one end of the pipeline.

Abstract: It is an effective method to improve the performance of inertial instrument and the accuracy of inertial navigation system by analyzing the random drift of FOG (Fiber Optic Gyro). Allan variance FOG random error analysis method, through analyze and compare Allan variance of the original data, you can correctly evaluate the gyroscope performance indicators. In this paper, we introduce the several different random error analysis method of FOG based on Allan variance, and analyze the different Allan variance of the same group by writing the program, and more, compare the three common quantities of the FOG random error model. The results show that the modified Allan variance method obviously takes a lot of time in the processing time, but the "2k" Allan variance law is calculated more quickly. In the processing effect, the modified Allan variance method can get better calculation results. In general, the "k" Allan variance method and the smooth Allan variance method are more balanced in the computational time and the computational effect. Several Allan variance methods can effectively identify the random error components of FOG, in the actual situation, according to different conditions of use to choose the appropriate treatment.
