Abstract: Building makeshift hospitals is one of the important measures to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak, which has brought great pressure and challenges to China's public health system. Makeshift hospital construction usually uses prefabricated boxes, which provide faster construction, safer manufacturing, better quality control and lower environmental pollution compared with traditional on-site construction. In the process of procurement, transportation and installation of prefabricated boxes, there will usually be installation deviation, material failure to arrive in time leading to labor slowdown, low efficiency of hoisting and installation, poor coordination among different professions and other problems. Taking Changsha makeshift hospital project as an example, this paper analyzes the application of BIM5D technology in the processing of prefabricated components, the layout of construction site, construction simulation, construction cost management and construction schedule management, and concludes that the use of BIM5D technology in the construction management stage of the prefabricated construction project of makeshift hospital can greatly improve the management and control ability of the management personnel. Obviously improve the quality of prefabricated buildings, save time and cost, through the BIM5D information integration and construction simulation to make the construction management of prefabricated buildings more efficient coordination.

Abstract: Located in the Himalayan south extension of Yunnan garden has its specificity, because the element is very rich, tiancheng natural endowment objectively has "cast" the vivid "Chinese ink painting", "step for the scene, turned into", in the carved, in "painting" in "Yunnan garden", perfecting the connotation and extension creation process, is an economic phenomenon, also belongs to the cultural category, is the crystallization of collective wisdom in Yunnan, is constructing "Yunnan garden" system. It has been nearly 10 years since the end of 1990s. Over the past 10 years, relying on its own resource endowment, making use of the market and combining with the growing needs of Yunnan people for a "better life", Yunnan has created a unique "Yunnan School Garden". The 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 15) will be held in Kunming, China on October 11-24,2021, aiming to "formulate the post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework". The conference is in line with the concept of "clear waters and green mountains are gold and silver mountains" under construction in China. Dian-style gardens practice biodiversity. On the occasion of the meeting, on the basis of analyzing the resource endowment of Yunnan province, this paper traces the growth process of "Yunnan School Garden" and puts forward the countermeasures and measures for development, which has far-reaching practical significance.

Coupling Numerical Analysis Method for Primary and Secondary Consolidation of Soft Soil Foundation

Abstract: Soft clay is widely distributed in our country, and this type of soil usually has the character of large compressibility and poor permeability, so the foundation composed mainly of soft clay is prone to primary and secondary consolidation coupling settlement deformation after the completion of construction. In this paper, secondary consolidation deformation is redefined in the improved time logarithmic coordinate system, and the calculation formula of secondary consolidation deformation is given. Then an extended unified hardening model is introduced, and by applying this model, the effect of time can be transformed to the increment of equivalent stress. The numerical governing equations are established in combination with the seepage consolidation theory. Thus the coupling analysis of primary and secondary consolidation of soft clay foundation can be realized. By means of a finite element case analysis and verification of subgrade construction and post-construction deformation, it is found that the effective calculation of primary and secondary consolidation deformation can be accomplished smoothly based on the extended unified hardening model, and meanwhile the permeability coefficient and secondary consolidation parameters are able to effectively control the primary consolidation deformation and secondary consolidation deformation of soft clay foundation. The research is valuable to develope the prediction method of soft clay foundation deformation and improve the prediction accuracy of soft clay foundation deformation in engineering, and it is of great significance to solve complex geotechnical engineering problems.

Abstract: In order to implement the national green development concept and water quality improvement strategy, independent drainage companies have been set up in recent years to deal with heavy rain and heavy pollution. In order to meet the higher demand of water quality and Environmental monitoring regulation, drainage companies have set up and built their own drainage testing laboratories.
