Abstract: Pedestrian navigation system (PNS) is also known as the walker navigation system, which is mainly used to track and posit real-time position of walker, to provide walk speed and position of walker, and also be applied to military, science, sport, rescue, the blind navigation, electronic product, etc. GPS signal is unreliable and difficult to provide accurate location information in most environments such as indoor, urban streets and canyons. At this point, the autonomous navigation system based on the proposed algorithm is a good solution. This article mainly analyzes the MEMS inertial device in the actual engineering practice, the application of the low precision of MEMS inertial device used in personal navigation correction algorithm, and combines the MEMS inertial sensors and GPS receiver, satisfies the requirement of pedestrian positioning. Using the complementary filter to fuse sensor data, we can obtain information of high precision orientation.

Abstract: Analyze the risk of forest fire and its influencing factors is of great significance, which can provide scientific basis for forecasting and controlling forest fires, so as to reduce economic losses and casualties. Based on vegetation index data and meteorological data from May 13 to 22, 2017, the forest risk rating was calculated using the evaluation criteria of forest fire hazard in Daxing'anling Area, and then the influencing factors of fire were analyzed. The results show that the reason for the spring fire in Daxing'anling Area is that the spring temperature is gradually increasing, but the precipitation does not increase synchronously, and thus resulting in low air humidity and dryness. Moreover, in spring and summer alternating date, there are usually strong atmospheric activity and high wind speed, which lead the forest fire risk increasing. In this weather conditions, the forest area can easily lead to fire, and the spread of the fire is also difficult to control. However, vegetation coverage increase could reduce the risk of fire. According to this algorithm, it is possible to predict the fire risk level in the forest area so as to determine the high probability of fire occurrence area, which could provides a reference for planning fire prevention measures and reasonable flight routes of UAVs for forest administrator.

Abstract: This paper selected gentamicin ferment residue in the tube furnace reactor for rapid pyrolysis experiments, the ferment residue and pyrolysis products (coke, tar) were analyzed by XPS, FTIR and GC-MS. FTIR analysis showed that the ferment residue and pyrolysis products mainly contain saturated alkanes and proteins, sugars and lipids. XPS results show that the pyrolytic coke is mainly C-C chemical bond, its content increased significantly from 55.07% to 72.27%, while the C-N bond from 18.21% to 5.8%. The chemical constituents of the pyrolysis oil were separated and identified by GC-MS. The identified materials could be divided into: aromatic hydrocarbons, phenol and its derivatives, esters, ketones, acids, amines, nitriles and some heterocyclic compounds; The effect of the pyrolysis temperature on the main components of pyrolysis oil was studied. It was found that the effect of temperature on the composition of the components was not significant, but the relative content of the components was significant. At the same time, the nitrogen-containing compounds in the pyrolysis oil are pyrrole, nitriles and indole, and the content is 9.93% -29.17%.

Abstract: Modified sol-gel method was adopted to prepare TiO2-ZrO2 carrier of molar ratio 4:1, and the catalysts were prepared by impregnating with WO3 and MnOx-CeOx sequentially. The carriers and catalysts were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD) and electron scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and their NH3-SCR denitrification activity and sulfur resistance were investigated at low temperature. The results shown that mixing zirconium oxychloride with butyl titanate ethanol solution first and then titrating acetic acid inhibitor would have more Zr4+ substituted Ti4+ doping into the TiO2 lattice, resulting in more lattice defects and active sites. The surface morphology of carriers were all nano particles, but the carrier prepared by modified method shown smaller particle size and better dispersion. The catalyst which was calcined at 200°C for 2.5h exhibited best NH3-SCR performance, its denitrification activity reached 98% at 100°C, and the NOx conversion could be maintained at about 75% after continuously injecting SO2 (100ppm) for 8h.

Abstract: The composite nanoparticles of un-doped, Fe-doped TiO2, Fe-N co-doped TiO2 were prepared by sol-gel method, and characterized by X-ray diffractomer, scanning electron microscope, and UV-Vis diffuse spectrometer. 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) was used as the model compound to investigate the photocatalytic activities of TiO2, and the effect of water quality on 2-MIB removal was also discussed. The results show that the prepared TiO2 was mainly anatase, and the band gap of TiO2 was narrowed and the absorption band moved to the visible direction after Fe3+-N3- doping. The best photocatalytic activity was achieved when 0.001% Fe-0.5% N co-doped TiO2 calcined at 500°C was employed, corresponding to the 2-MIB removal efficiency of 99.90% and pseudo-first order rate constant of 1.371 18 h-1 by photocatalytic oxidation process in 5h.

Abstract: This study used combination of ortho-phthalaldehyde(OPA) and quaternary ammonium surfactants (QAS) with different concentration to kill Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger conidia. The concentration of the combination disinfectant to kill Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was 75mg/L OPA and 30mg/L QAS within 10 min, respectively. The average killing log value was above 4 when Aspergillus niger conidia was exposed in 3.75g/L OPA and 1.50g/L QAS for one hour. Then the effects of time, temperature and organic concentration on the bactericidal effect were measured. And the metal corrosion and stability of the combination disinfectant were determined. In addition, these results showed that the combination disinfectant had a high efficiency of bacteria killing and the concentration of organic affected its bactericidal effect. The average killing log value gradually increased along with the temperature within 10°C. to 40°C. And the combination disinfectant also has the advantages of low corrosive of metal, good stability and so on.

Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of brain science research, mouse magnetic resonance microscopy (MRM) for neuroimaging research has gradually become a main research interest. Brain segmentation is an essential techniques for investigating the brain morphometry, while the traditional approach to segment a given brain involves the manual delineation of the ROIs by an expert. This practice can be slow and unscalable. Although automatic atlas-based segmentation approaches have been developed and validated for the human brain MRI, there is limited work for the mouse brain MRM. This paper combined optimized image registration and multi-atlas model for mouse brain segmentation. The results showed that multiple atlases with optimized geodesic-SyN can best improve the segmentation accuracy in the mouse brain, and registration algorithm plays important role in performance improvement.

Abstract: Rolling circle amplification (RCA) of genomic or plasmid DNA has found wide used in technique academic and biotechnology reseach. In this study, we have successfully found what caused the nonspecific product in the reaction, thus designing an improved RCA which overcomes false priming at sites where primer dimers are formed. The results demonstrated that PEG or PEI could interact with the components of the improved RCA system, and help increase the reaction rate and yield of the improved RCA system, and dramatically reduces the nonspecific RCA products. This low-cost and efficient method dramatically overcomes nonspecific product amplification phenomenon in the RCA reaction which is problematic and has existed for a long time.
