Abstract: Based on the limited understanding of the former researchers on RAPD marker, numbers of cultivars of purple yam were utilized to evaluate the application of RAPD in cultivar identification of purple yam. The results showed that RAPD was a stable DNA marker technique, and it could be scientifically and easily used in cultivar identification purple yam. The RAPD fingerprints of purple yam crops, which were derived from primers with different number of nucleotides length, were different in band number, polymorphism and band clarity. Basically, RAPD primers with S1255 can show DNA fingerprint clearly in purple yam for the generation, while RAPD primers with S1255 is more suitable purple yam crops.

Abstract: Analysis of multi-scale spatial variance and anisotropy was the crucial that should be taken into consideration in optimization of spatial sampling. The aim of this study was to analyse the effect of sampling unit size on perception of spatial variance of Oncomelania snail, the unique schistosomiasis intermediate host. A "push-broom" method was used to investigate Oncomelania snail density in an experimental field, south-western Poyang lake, China, obtaining 22,500 sample cells distributed continuously whole-covered on a square of 50m*50m. Combinations of different number of basic sample cells served as spatial sample unit sizes (sample cells from 1*1 to 17*17). Geo-statistics was used to calculate the parameters range, nugget, sill of anisotropy variograms for different sample unit sizes to obtain the characteristics of their spatial variance. The results showed that the spatial variance had obvious sample unit size effects. The range had no relationship with the spatial unit sizes (about 50m), but the nugget and sill were associated with the sampling unit sizes. The nugget and the ratio of nugget by sill were inversely associated with sample unit sizes and the random fraction over total spatial variance decreases when sample unit sizes changed from 1*1 to 9*9. The nugget effect became stronger when sample unit sizes changed from 10*10 to 17*17, tallying with the semi-variogram theory. Otherwise, the sill and the difference between sill and the nugget were the biggest when the spatial unit sizes was 8*8. The study implied that the possible optimal sample unit size for explaining the spatial autocorrelation might be at combinations of 8*8 to 10*10 cells for this study field. In conclusion, when in the survey sampling should clearly choose the appropriate sample unit size.

Abstract: Purple yam (Dioscorea alata L.) belonging to the herbaceous vine plants, dioscorea genus, Dioscorea subject and one kinds of edible plants. It’s Native to tropical Asia, purple yam is plants grown under a suitable short sunshine growth environment, is a kind of thermophilic plants, mainly temperate zone in China's southern provinces. We performed different cultivation methods on Yield and variety comparison test for planting on north area of China. To choicing the different position of the yam block, shuch as the top and the middle block and different weight of harvested. Then average per mu 2600 strains were calculated and counting the per mu yield. The growth of the top position of the yam is better than the middle of plant growth. The yield of the top position is higher than the same weight of tubers of the middle position. The best kind of potato weight should be between 100-150g, so that it can reduce costs, but also have a considerable income.

Abstract: According to the national weather service Tongchuan city for nearly 50 years (1964-2013) of rainfall measured data, the application of related theory and method of mathematical statistics, Mann-Kendall nonparametric tests, R/S analysis method, linear regression theory, all the methods are used to study these datas. Based on the results of mathematical statistics, analysis of the trends in Tongchuan city nearly 50 years of rainfall characteristics and time-space evolution. The results showed that the rainfall of Tongchuan is distributed unequal, it mainly concentrated in February, rainfall of Winter is lesser. In terms of the annual change, Tongchuan city nearly 50 years of rainfall overall showed a negative growth trend. At the same time, by using Mann-Kendall to Analysis this title we can see that, in 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12 months, it showed rainfall increased, at the same time, the most obvious increase was in June. Analysis of the H index, in 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 months they were greater than 0.5, it was showed that rainfall time series with long-term sustainability, changes in future rainfall characteristics can still play an important role in today’s rainfall predict. In this paper, China Tongchuan region for nearly 50 years of rainfall characteristics and trend of rainfall were studied, have discussed the changes in rainfall over the years as well as the possible future rainfall trends, base on this to guide the local economic construction, agricultural development and so on.

Abstract: In order to mitigate the adverse effects of drought, floods and other natural disasters on agriculture, and to provide a reliable climate foundation for agricultural structure adjustment, spatial and temporal variation of precipitation in Huashan Mountain needs further research and exploration. This paper based on rainfall data from 1964 to 2013 Shaanxi Huashan station (57046) weather station, using regression analysis and Mann-Kendall nonparametric test, systematically and comprehensively analyzed spatial and temporal variation of precipitation in Huashan Mountain for nearly 50 years. The results showed that: from 1964 to 2013, the mean annual precipitation in Huashan area of Shaanxi Province generally presented a declining trend, and declined significantly. The average monthly rainfall of Huashan area in summer and autumn was higher than the rainfall in spring and winter over the last 50 years. As to the rainy month changes, rainfall from March to April and September to October represented significantly declining in Huashan area of Shaanxi Province, but from January to February, May to August, and November to December rainfall decreased slowly. In spring and autumn, variation trend of rainfall was clear in downward trend; while in summer and winter, variation trend of rainfall is not obvious in downward trend as well.

Abstract: Adopting the series data of precipitationfrom 1952 to 2013 in Baoji city, shaanxi province, China, using Morlet wavelet function, the seasonal variation of precipitation and the time series of the interannual variation of precipitation in Baoji nearly 60aare analyzed by wavelet analysis, reveals the multiple time scales change complex structure of Baoji precipitation, forecasts the precipitation change trend of four seasons in Baoji city. The results show that the seasonal and annual precipitationin Baoji has the characteristics of multi time scale, different scales show the different cycles, large scale periodic variations also include small scale periodic variations. As a whole, the performance for small scale changed seriously, no clear rules of special features, and there is obvious regularity of large scale. The time-frequency localization characteristic of wavelet analysis can show the fine structure of precipitation time series, and provide a new method for the analysis of the key water saving problems, such as multi time scale variation characteristics and short-term climate prediction.

Abstract: Based on the Nabi hydropower plant, the layout of the safety monitoring device for the roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam is introduced. The variations of some monitoring index during impoundment are analyzed and their evolution rules according to the variation of the water level are presented. The conclusions are made as follows: the osmotic pressure of the dam foundation and the uplift pressure of the upstream curtain are related to the water level; the stability of the dam can be affected by the heat of hydration due to concrete pouring; the water cooling system can effetely inhibit the crack; The impoundment has little effect on the bolt stress meter equipped at the bottom plate of the stilling basin and the reinforcement bar meter located on the surface; there is a negative correlation between their stress state and the temperature.
