Abstract: At the moment when the aging problem is more and more serious, the healthy quality of life of the elderly is also paid more attention. As an important part of the urban public open space, the aging public space fully considers the health value and functional benefits in its construction, which has a very positive significance for improving the quality of life of the elderly, and also becomes a particularly important part of the construction of a healthy city. At present, there are three transformation directions in the aging public space: from quantity increase to quality improvement, from comprehensive service to targeted service, and from qualitative design to flexible design. How to deal with the relationship between the built environmental space, the behavior characteristics of the elderly and the public space has urgent practical significance. Based on the background of healthy urban development, starting from the transformation and development of aging public space, this paper investigates the use of aging public space in Guli Park in Shanghai through field survey, interview and questionnaire survey, analyzes the current aging public space problems, and combines the practical cases of Guli Park in Shanghai to propose traffic safety accessibility, functional diversity, the three aspects of micro renewal strategy of place recovery and construction, and the transformation concept is applied to the micro renewal of the aging public space in Guli Park, aiming to emphasize the play of the aging space function from the perspective of the healthy life of the elderly, and at the same time, put forward more active response ideas, ultimately serving the construction and construction of the aging public space.

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of MRI combined with DWI in diagnosing colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma combined with abscess. Methods: The clinical, MRI and DWI data of 14 patients with colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma combined with abscess confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The ADC values were calculated and compared in the region of interest of tumor and abscess. Results: Among the 14 patients with colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma combined with abscess, the lesions located at the rectum in 6 patients, at the ascending colon in 4 patients, at the descending colon in 2 patients, at the transverse colon in 1 patient, at sigmoid colon 1 patient. The tumors combined with abdominal abscess in 4 patients, pelvic abscess in 3 patients, uterus abscess in 2 patients, abdominal wall abscess in 2 patients, prostate abscess in 1 patient, perianal abscess in 1 patients, splenic abscess in 1 patient. The tumors appeared as irregular massive type, the length was 4.7~16.4cm; The abscess appeared as round, oval and irregular, the length was 1.8~7.3cm. The tumors showed as low or slightly low signal on T1WI, heterogeneously high signal on T2WI, heterogeneously high signal or slightly high signal on DWI, and high signal on ADC; The abscess appeared as low signal on T1WI, high signal on T2WI, obviously high signal on DWI, and obviously low signal on ADC. The DWI signal of colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma was lower than that of abscess, and the ADC signal was higher than that of abscess. The average ADC value of colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma was 1.89 ± 0.23×10-3mm2/s, and the average ADC value of abscess was 0.72 ± 0.13×10-2mm2/s, and the difference was statistically significant (t=18.330, P<0.001). Conclusion: MRI combined with DWI, ADC and ADC value played an important role in the diagnosis of colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma combined with abscess.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low control accuracy and delay compensation failure of the finite control set model predictive current control (FCS-MPCC) under parameter variation and external disturbances of the grid - connected inverter, a hyper-local model extended state observer (An Ultra-local model extended state observer (U-ESO) based predictive control method is proposed. As the nonlinear fal function in the extended state observer (ESO) requires more parameters to be adjusted, the U-ESO is used to estimate the total set perturbation error to correct the state variables in real time, and the corrected state variables are combined with the override control to act on the prediction model, and only the inputs and outputs of the system are used in the control process, which effectively reduces the complexity of the control parameters In addition, the value function of the prediction model is reconstructed to reduce the control delay of the system, the control parameters are designed using frequency domain analysis to improve the control performance, and the stability of the prediction model is demonstrated using Lyapunov stability criterion. The effectiveness of using U-ESO to compensate the control delay of FCS-MPCC under parameter perturbation is verified by MATLAB/Simulink. Compared with the traditional ESO, U-ESO can simplify the design of the observer and avoid the complicated parameter rectification process, while solving the problem of delay compensation failure in the process of parameter perturbation, improving the dynamic response speed, and having strong anti-interference and Robustness.

Abstract: Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) strategy is necessary to extract the maximum power production of a Photovoltaic system. Aiming at the obvious output chattering problem of traditional sliding mode control in the maximum power point tracking process of photovoltaic power generation, a sliding mode control maximum power point tracking strategy based on improved Super-Twisting algorithm is proposed. The Boost converter is used as the main circuit of the system. By analyzing the output characteristic curve of the photovoltaic cell, an improved Super-Twisting sliding mode controller is designed. The parameters of the improved Super-Twisting sliding mode controller are adjusted through the whale algorithm to optimize the controller parameters, greatly reducing the traditional sliding mode chattering and achieving maximum power point tracking. Finally, the stability of the improved Super-Twisting sliding mode control is analyzed by the Lyapunov function, and the simulation system is built in MATLAB/Simulink, under static and dynamic conditions, the simulations are compared with the traditional sliding mode control and perturb and observe method. The experimental results show that the sliding mode control strategy based on the improved Super-Twisting algorithm can effectively reduce the chattering problem of the traditional sliding mode controller, improve the convergence speed of the system, and has strong robustness when the external conditions change suddenly.

Abstract: With the rapid growth of power grid in China, it is becoming more and more important to forecast short-term power load. Aiming at the problems of complex causes of short-term load forecasting, large amount of data, low efficiency and poor accuracy of traditional model forecasting methods, and the single model forecasting can no longer adapt to the current power load changes, a short-term power load forecasting method based on hybrid ReliefF-PMI-IGWO was proposed. Firstly, two Filter feature selection methods based on hybrid ReliefF and Partial Mutual Information (PMI) were used to screen out irrelevant and redundant input features, and a smaller feature subset was obtained. Then the Wrapper method is used for further screening, among which the Wrapper method selects Improved Grey Wolf Optimization (IGWO) algorithm, and its accuracy is significantly improved. Combined with the case analysis of the hourly load data of China Midea HVAC and Nongfu Spring from May to August 2017, and compared with other five traditional models. The simulation results show that the MAE and MAPE obtained by the proposed model are 49.54, 1.62 and 71.34, 1.98, respectively, which are significantly better than other models, and the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is the highest and the closest to the real value.

In order to make it more efficient, low cost and good quality, the integrated system of design and construction is studied in this paper, and the design concepts of modular unit and modular film combination are put forward. This paper introduces the characteristics of modular assembly building from four aspects: engineering overview, design scheme, modular embodiment and lean construction, combined with the case of Changsha Makeshift Hospital and "mold and film combination" Fire-eye laboratory, and discusses several schemes of main modular unit design, equipment component prefabrication and quick and convenient installation. Natural ventilation can effectively reduce the use of building equipment and energy consumption. In the architectural design stage, reasonable organization of natural ventilation can achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction in the architectural use stage. In this paper, taking college dormitories in Hebei cold area as an example, based on the number of students in dormitories, and referring to the design of balcony and bathroom in the layout, 12 dormitory layout models are established. Using PHOENICS software, this paper simulates the indoor wind environment of 12 kinds of college dormitory layout, and summarizes the indoor wind environment characteristics of different apartment types according to the simulation results. It is found that: Because the overall depth of the double room dormitory is small, the layout design of the The Upper Terrace alone has little influence on ventilation, and all four layouts can achieve good ventilation effects; The ventilation effect of the inner layout with balcony and no balcony and no bathroom is better in the dormitory, and the ventilation effect of the plane layout without balcony and no bathroom is the worst. Abstract: The public space of traditional villages, as the material space environment carrying villagers' daily neighborhood communication, public life and inheritance of historical and cultural context, reflects the deep social order of traditional villages to a certain extent. Therefore, in the context of beautiful rural construction, in-depth research on the historical evolution of village public space is conducive to mining and continuing the traditional village space structure, exploring and solving the problems existing in the current public space, and laying a research foundation for the renewal and transformation of traditional village public space in the new era. Taking Peicheng Village in Henan Province as an example, the axis integration, comprehensibility, average deepening value, control value and other indicators of public space are calculated with the help of space syntax, and the public core range of highly concentrated public points is obtained with pajek software to build a quantitative research model. Select three representative periods in the historical evolution of Peicheng Village, and quantitatively analyze and summarize the evolution characteristics of the public space structure and public core of the village. Abstract: The Barkhor Street historical block is the epitome of Lhasa's urban development. Scientific evaluation of its identifiability is of great significance for optimizing the spatial pattern of the block and improving the image cognition. Based on text analysis of review data and space syntax, taking Barkhor Street in Lhasa as the research object, this paper studies the block identifiability from two aspects of spatial structure and cognitive structure. The study found that the spatial structure with a radius of 500m has the highest identifiability and is mostly located in the external traffic convenience and the cystic passage. People tend to choose the simple path with high identifiability in use, and the global and local integration degrees are the highest in Beijing East Road and Barkhor Street respectively. The cognitive focus presents five aspects: historical building-image perception-regional culture-turning direction-block format. The cognitive structure and spatial structure are highly correlated. The overall recognition of the Barkhor Street is high but the local recognition is low, showing four relationships: high cognition-high accessibility, high cognition-low accessibility, low cognition-high accessibility, and low cognition-low accessibility. Abstract: The new geography research of the information society includes two forms: real geographic space and virtual cyberspace. This paper studies and analyzes the geographical distribution characteristics of cyberspace information from the perspective of geography. With geographic events as the entrance and Sina Weibo information platform, it explores the relationship between virtual cyberspace and real geographic environment, and studies the spread of online public opinion caused by important geographic events and its spatial distribution characteristics. This paper selects 12 important geographical events, based on the way of big data information capture, to obtain the correlation information reflecting geographical events in cyberspace, analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of network public opinion, and the correlation characteristics between network public opinion and geographical events. The distribution of network public opinion caused by important geographical events in geographical space is analyzed based on examples. The research shows that the network space information reflects geographical events with overall authenticity and local bias; We also select "drought" and "sand dust storm", two keywords without geographical location markers, to search and capture micro blog information, and make exploratory verification on the mining, analysis and predictability of cyberspace information on geographical spatial location or geographical events; According to the typhoon "Fiat" event, the scale characteristics of geographical network events are analyzed, and it is found that there are differences in the distribution characteristics of event network attention under different scales. Abstract: The finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC) for grid-connected inverter requires ergodic optimization and there are unnecessary switching actions, resulting in large system computation and switching loss. In order to solve the problem of large system computation, a simplified model predictive control method for grid-connected inverter was proposed. Based on deadbeat control principle, this control method judges the sector position after obtaining the virtual reference voltage vector. Only one prediction and one sector judgment are required to select the optimal switching vector, which reduces the system computation while ensuring the current control accuracy. In order to solve the problem of large switching loss of the system, an event-triggered control method based on zero vector optimization for grid-connected inverter was introduced. This control method reduces the switching action times of switching devices at the peak current by eliminating redundant optimization operations, thus reducing the switching loss. In addition, the event-triggered control is triggered only when the error exceeds the set threshold, which eliminates redundant optimization operations and reduces the system computation, thus further improving the dynamic response speed of the system. Finally, the proposed low-loss simplified model predictive control method (S-MPC) was compared with the FCS-MPC method and the cost function optimization-MPC method respectively. The simulation results show that the proposed control method is effective.

Abstract: The basic sand cat swarm optimization (SCSO) algorithm has the shortcomings of low accuracy, slow convergence and easy local optimality in solving complex optimization problems. An improved SCSO algorithm (Improved sand cat swarm optimization, ISCSO) is proposed based on chaotic sequences and Lévy flight. The initial population is generated using the Kent chaos strategy, which reduces the overlapping probability of individual distribution within the sand cat population and increases the diversity of the initial sand cat population. The auditory sensitivity of the sand cat is improved to balance the process of sand cat development and exploration, increasing the search range of the algorithm while improving the convergence speed. The introduction of Lévy flight trajectory change perturbs the sand cat position, updates the position formula, improves the situation of the sand cat falling into local stagnation, and improves the algorithm in the iterative process of premature and falling into the local optimum. Through the test of the benchmark function, comparing the optimal value, the mean value, the standard deviation and the Wilcoxon rank sum test under different optimization algorithms, the statistical results that the improved SCSO algorithm has higher accuracy in finding the best and better convergence. Finally, ISCSO is used to optimize the welded beam problem to further verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.

Abstract: With the deepening of the regional integration process, the connectivity of the transport infrastructure in the metropolitan area has become increasingly close, and the construction of high-speed rail network has become an inevitable trend. Facing the arrival of the high-speed railway era, it is of great practical significance to carry out classified research, scientific evaluation and reasonable planning for high-speed railway station areas to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of China's high-speed railway network. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interaction between high-speed railway station transport and land use, based on China's national conditions and data availability, quantitatively build a node-place model suitable for China, increase the platform scale, station level, average transfer distance and other indicators, and apply the model to the empirical analysis of 29 high-speed railway stations in Nanjing metropolitan area. The results show that Nanjing Station, Zhenjiang Station and some other high-speed railway stations are in a sustainable development state, while most of the county-level high-speed railway stations deviate from the sustainable development. The author further discusses the possible development direction of different types of stations, and provides targeted optimization paths for the integrated development of high-speed rail in Nanjing metropolitan area.

Abstract: Bridge is an important part of traffic infrastructure, and its maintenance is related to smooth traffic and even the safety of people's lives and property. Automatic detection of concrete bridge cracks is an important part of bridge maintenance. However, it is still a challenging task due to the inhomogeneous strength of concrete bridge cracks, the complexity of the background, and the weakness of the target. Currently, traditional image processing-based technology cannot detect bridge cracks well, and the typical deep learning model is not very effective when directly used to detect bridge cracks. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a bridge crack detection model based on the improved U-Net deep learning model. Compared with the original U-Net model, the convolution block of our improved model is wider in the encoding stage, and the wider convolution block enables the model to learn more semantically discriminative information. Finally, the performance of the improved model is validated on a dataset with 600 images. Experimental results show that compared with other advanced detection models, the proposed method achieves better performance in terms of average intersection ratio and pixel accuracy. Therefore, the method proposed in this paper can detect concrete bridge cracks automatically, which provides a certain reference value for bridge crack maintenance engineers based on image recognition technology.

Abstract: The current stress of the hybrid three-level dual active bridge DC-DC converter in the battery formation system has a great influence on the system efficiency. In order to reduce the current stress, an optimal control strategy for minimum current stress based on dual phase shift control is proposed. Firstly, according to the relationship between the voltage conversion ratio and the phase shift ratio, 8 operating modes of the converter are summarized, and the expressions of the transmission power and current stress in each working mode are deduced. Secondly, by introducing a penalty function, the current stress objective function is transformed into an unconstrained objective function, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find the phase shift corresponding to the minimum current stress, which further improves the transmission efficiency; in addition, the virtual direct power control method is used to improve the dynamic response speed of the converter, estimate the transmission power in real time according to the virtual output voltage component, quickly reach a given output voltage value, and reduce the system adjustment time, thereby improving the dynamic performance of the converter when the input voltage and load fluctuate. Finally, the system model is built on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

Abstract: The unfinished building project has seriously affected the overall planning image of the city and occupied the city's very valuable land and social resources, its reasonable renewal of waste into treasure is particularly important. In order to quantitatively study the main risk sources that affect the construction schedule of the unfinished building, this paper adopts the dynamic Bayesian network method, a Quantitative analysis of progress risk identification was conducted for high-level projects that had been under construction for up to eight years. The influencing factors of the schedule risk of the project are discussed. This paper introduces the principle of dynamic Bayesian networks, discusses the main analysis basis of Bayesian networks, and summarizes the main analysis steps of Bayesian networks. Through backward reasoning, the paper determined the biggest possible factors and the most likely cause chain for the delay of the reconstruction schedule of multi-high-rise old buildings. Incomplete project handover data, the degree of interest consultation with residents before the reconstruction, unreasonable construction organization, and the change of regulations and policies would be the main risks affecting the progress of the renewal project.

Abstract: In recent years, the environment of the entire construction industry has undergone subversive changes due to social supply and demand, and the EPC general contract management mode has gradually emerged the top-level design of the industry. Furthermore, the outbreak of COVID-19 in our country at the end of 2019 has lasted for nearly three years, the world's public health security is facing great challenges. This paper discusses the main reasons for the sharp contraction of the construction industry in recent 10 years, and reveals the shortcomings of the construction industry in inter-professional coordination and rapid construction of epidemic prevention and control. In combination with the construction and research of Changsha makeshift Hospital, the research group proposed the architectural design concept of "box-mold combination" to achieve the standardization of architectural design and the modularization of factory production. Abstract: The outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia at the end of 2019 has posed a great challenge to the world's public health security. According to the statistics of covid-19 released by the WHO, the global epidemic has accumulated more than 500 million infections and more than 6.2 million deaths. Through the related construction and research of the isolation ward, this paper puts forward the integral solution of membrane isolation ward and shelter hospital. Combined with the construction of membrane isolation ward and shelter hospital, the design concepts of "modular membrane combination" and "container-membrane combination" were proposed. Through the membrane integration technology, the overall solution of the membrane isolation ward made it happen that the construction of the ward within 6-12 hours, It can be expanded infinitely according to the site, and it can meet the emergency needs; Through the integration technology of shelter hospital, the construction technology of packing containers for shelter hospital was summarized, and the speed target of completing the drawing design in 24 hours, the construction of temporary facilities in 36 hours, and the completion of the total time of 28 days were achieved. Abstract: With the promotion of urbanization and the development of industrial construction, the construction industry in our country is in a period of rapid development. Abstract: The concept of modular container architecture can be traced back to the 1950s. Today, the development of modular prefabricated building is the trend of the times. Abstract: At present interdisciplinary sciences are playing a crucial role in research in which “Nanotechnology” is one which is now in the most advanced phase; especially in the field of biological sciences, it has been doing a good deal of wonders. As of now, Nanoparticles showing extraordinary results in all fields of science. The plant-mediated silver nanoparticles were endowed with quality and have different shapes and sizes; they were proved to be the best in their way of curing the diseases. But certain unwanted aspects were (identified) happening during the synthesis process of SNPs and also after synthesis of SNPs. All these might be because of the presence of certain unwanted impure metal ions (toxic) in the extracts and their bonding with the 'Ag' ions at the same time among themselves. The present study was mainly focused on the different types of Simple to Highly Complex Molecular Structures (S–HCMS) formed along with synthesized Silver Nanoparticles (SNPs) from leaf, bark and fruits of Grewia tiliaefolia a Tiliaceae species. The study was done by using standard methods by combining XRD peaks of unwanted impurities present along with ‘Ag’ peaks with ICP-OES method and analyzed by using different standard procedure. This study gives a disquisition on the presence of nine S–HCMS and with schematic illustrations.
