Abstract: Through the test method of bench test, the vibration and noise condition of vehicle vacuum circuit breaker equipment box is analyzed under several measures for vibration and noise reduction, which provides important basis for vibration and noise reduction and low noise design of this device. The experimental results show that the damping effect is not obvious when adding the damping washer between the installation panel of main circuit breaker and the installation box girder. Adding vibration isolation sponge and rubber shock absorber on the contact surface between the platform and the box has a certain effect on alleviating the vibration of the bench and reducing the noise at the bottom of the box, and the effect of vibration and noise reduction from shock absorber is better compared with the vibration isolation sponge.

Abstract: Relying on the major national science and technology special project, this study used the table 12 fan-shaped oil cavity hydrostatic guideway of CKS5235 CNC vertical lathe worktable, applied FLUENT processing software GAMBIT modeling and mesh generation the flow static pressure guide film, setting boundary conditions. Used simulation software FLUENT numerical analysis the dynamic process of hydrostatic slideway oil film flow field with temperature field and the basic bearing capacity, the effectiveness of three dimensional fluid simulation method for hydrostatic guideway in engineering design is verified by experiments. According to the results of three-dimensional fluid simulation, the hydrostatic guide structure of CKS5235 CNC vertical lathe worktable has been improved, achieve the speed performance improvement of the table, complete the major special technical research and acceptance.

Research of Estrus Detection Models in Dairy Cows by Activity

Abstract: The detection of estrus in large-scale ranch is an extremely labor-intensive task. Accurate and efficient detection can shorten the tires spacing of cow and increase economic income of ranch.The change in activity is one of the most important external features of dairy cows' estrus.In this paper, the activity of cows was collected remotely using activity collectors, wireless transmission networks and cloud servers, and the data was framed, labeled and preprocessed. The logistic regression, MLPs and SVMs model were trained by differential activity data of current and historical dates within the same hour.The experimental results show that the detection model by cow activity has a higher accuracy in predicting the estrus of cows. The SVMs in the three models have the best prediction effect. The recall and accuracy rate reach 90.12% and 93.74%, respectively.In the actual ranch test, the estrus detection system using the SVM model has more than double the exposure rate than the manual disclosure.

Abstract: The software industry has endured a long and tortuous development process from the beginning to the present, from small scale, low complexity of software development to the large scale of application of software products, software testing plays an important role, the early software debugging has been evolved into software testing now. With the rapid development of space industry in China, the position of software in it has been more and more important, software testing is very significant throughout the software development process, therefore software testing needs more concern. Based on the theory of software testing in software engineering, combined with the practice in work, the current problems in aerospace software testing, how to find existing problems and new testing methods in order to improve the quality of aerospace software. The traditional V model requires that each testing phase could proceed only after the previous stage completed, and there is no backtracking. We cannot adjust and modify the model when problems are found. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional V model, the paper puts forward an improved method of aerospace software model based on V model. By iterating over the various stages testings of software development, this method enhances intersections and comprehensiveness, so as to achieve the aim of reducing the number of testing problems and providing effective solutions for the aerospace software testing problems.

A Method for Generating Rectangle Area Light Source Using Water Surface Lighting

Abstract: Light reconstruction refers to the calculation of light source information based on the actual lighting. In order to ensure the consistency of light illumination, the method based on light source modeling has been widely applied in real scenes, but the research on generating virtual light sources using real lighting results under virtual scenes is relatively scarce. In this paper, a method for generating a rectangle surface light for a virtual scene using water surface light images is proposed. Firstly, light shadow in water surface is extracted by the seed superpixel propagation method after superpixel segmentaion. Secondly, the boundary of each light shadow region is extracted using the superpixel label. Finally, important sampling, based on the physical rendering of the BRDF model, is used on the points in the light shadow boundary, and a rectangular area surface light source corresponding to each light shadow is calculated by a ray-traced rectangular area surface light source generation algorithm. It is proven that rectangular surface light source can be generated precisely in a virtual scene by comparing with the actual rectangular area light source.

Abstract: With the application and development of next generation sequencing technology, tumor genome sequencing has become widely available in clinical and research setting. Many groups have published germline variant interpretation and classification systems or tools for use in clinical laboratory reporting. However, interpretation and classification for somatic variants remains plenty of challenges. The meaning of tumor somatic variants for the process of the cancers is uncertain. Based on the standards and guidelines for the interpretation and reporting of sequence variants in cancer,and combined with other evaluation systems and tools, we developed a set of somatic mutation evaluation tools, to automatically apply the part of standards and guidelines, and provide the help for the researchers and clinical scientists.

Through deep investigation and research on Medical Service Institutions of Villages facing Extreme Climate Disasters, this paper finds out its weakness on architectural operation system and inner space. In order to solve existing problems, we put forward some measures from the view of architecture, such as space function transformation and space modularization. As a result, we provide new solutions for Township Medical Service Institutions whose development is seriously impeded by Extreme Climate Disasters.
