Deep Learning Based Multi-user Interference Cancellation Technology

Abstract: In the paper, I proposed a neural network-based solution to multiple access interference under the Multi-antenna Input and Multi-antenna Output (MIMO) communication system. In a model of the uplink and downlink of the multiuser MIMO system. In cases of multiple access interference, each transmitter were designed with neural networks, after the transmitted signal passes through the channel, detecting received signals at receivers designed by neural network. The model could eliminate the interference between different users. The neural network-designed model adopted Rician fading channel (including Rayleigh fading channel) and simulated the Symbol Error Rate (SER) performance of multiple users under different signal-noise ratios. With respect to SER, the solution improved system performance compared with the current multiple access interference cancellation technology. Therefore, communication systems designed with neural networks face a promising future in multiple access interference cancellation.

Abstract: In order to solve the increasingly serious water environment problem in China, the concept of Sponge City is gradually being applied to urban construction. As one of the carriers of the sponge city, the Sponge Community area has an important impact on the urban stormwater management work and plays a key role in urban construction. Compared with the traditional community, the Sponge Community can effectively collect and allocate rainwater, establish an effective relationship between the hard building landscape and the natural environment, and effectively improve the ecological climate and ecological environment of the community. In this paper, through the combination of literature collection research, empirical analysis and theoretical analysis, based on the existing research in China, combined with the relevant theories of Sponge City, comprehensive analysis of the constituent elements of Sponge City, such as vertical greening and rain garden, The specific measures most suitable for the Sponge Community are summarized as follows: concave green space, permeable pavement and other technical measures. Abstract: At present, some methods for measuring the surface tension of membrane structure are applied to engineering practice. But there are some defects happened in the engineering practice. This paper proves the partial boundary of the fixed membrane surface. The natural vibration frequency of the membrane surface is only related to the membrane surface tension. Based on this principle, a magnetic clip-type membrane surface fixed boundary fixture is designed. A method for measuring the tension of the membrane surface tension by measuring the natural vibration frequency of the inner membrane surface of the fixed boundary is proposed. The finite element method was used to analyze the vibration frequency of the fixed boundary membrane under different tensions. The vibration frequency of the fixed boundary membrane under different tensions was measured by experiments. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results, and the accuracy of the method was verified. Through this method, the calibration result of the small sample on the calibration table can be used for the tension measurement of any boundary condition in the actual project and the material film structure, which is in accordance with the requirements of simple operation, wide applicability and high measurement precision in engineering practice.

Abstract: This paper discuss the industry steel structure system. However, nowadays reinforced concrete structure which is widely used has the disadvantages of dead load, long construction time and high total cost of capital. It is urgent to find an alternative structure in the project, and the steel structure can solve this problem very well. Steel structures, being sustainable and environment-friendly, are rarely ultilized in reality. In this paper, focusing on the conceptual analysis, the fuzzy multiple decision-making process which solves the multiple attributes problem successful was utilized to deal with the uncertain information of steel structure system,such as economics, mechanical performance, construction conditions and functionality.Based on the Euclid distance , the object function was set up, from the weight vector obtained by Matlab program, the braced-frame structure with floating column is advised as the optimal scheme.

Abstract: More and more air-supported structures are used. However,the current wind load shape coefficient can not match engineering design. The CFD technology is utilized to simulate the wind load pressure distribution of rigid half cylindrical shape used for air-supported structures frequently. The shape is found by finite element software ANSYS, and then put into the flow field. RNG ĸ-ε turbulence model based on the Reynolds averaging method and FLUENT software are chose to investigate wind load variation along different wind direction (0°, 30°, 60°, 90°). The results show that the distribution range of extreme negative pressure area is from - 0.9 to - 1.01 at different wind direction angles, and it is easy to separate and form extreme negative pressure area at the two corners close to the windward side. Therefore, enough attention should be paid to the extreme positive pressure area at the bottom of the windward side and the extreme negative pressure area at the top of the membrane face.

Abstract: In order to reveal the influence of friction between loading plate and test piece on test strength, Alloy steel, polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber are used as cushion, Uniaxial compression tests of marble cubes under different end contact conditions were carried out. The test results show that, When the cushion is thick, the greater the cushion stiffness is, the greater the test strength is; when the deformation modulus of cushion material is significantly smaller than the tested piece, the greater the cushion thickness is, the lower the test strength is,so the characteristics of cushion have significant influence on the test strength and failure characteristics. Based on the transverse deformation capacity of loading plate and specimen, the influence rule of different end conditions on test strength is given. The comparative test is carried out with a cylinder sample with a height diameter ratio of 2.0, Based on the viewpoint of relative strength, a new idea of reducing friction in rock test is put forward.

Abstract: With the increasing number of wells with complex operating conditions, the requirements for oil exploration equipment and technology are higher than ever before. Aluminum alloy drill pipe gradually receives good graces because of its light weight, high strength to mass ratio and strong corrosion resistance. This paper calculates different drillstring combinations according to the same horizontal well. It is found that the hook load and total friction resistance of the aluminum alloy-steel drillstring combination are smallest in the horizontal well, and aluminum alloy-steel drillstring combination is the optimal design. This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of aluminum alloy drill pipe by nonlinear finite element method. The simulation results show that rotation speed has a great influence on the trajectory of the aluminum alloy drill string in the vertical section.When the rotation speed is large, the centrifugal force makes the drill string move close to the wall, and the wear of the drill string is intensified. Besides, The moving range of the rotating drill string in the stable inclined section is close to the lower right part of the wellbore. When the WOB is constant, the range and amplitude of the lateral vibration of the drill string in the X and Y directions become larger as the rotational speed increases.

Abstract: In order to ensure the normal use of the tensioned membrane structure, it is necessary to effectively detect the tension applied to the tensioned membrane surface. In this paper, a top-projection membrane surface tension measuring instrument with fixed boundary was designed. During the measure process, the force and the apex displacement were measured simultaneously to obtain the calibration curve group of force and abutment displacement. Compared with the traditional apex method, the measuring instrument eliminates the influence of the membrane structure boundary on the measurement results, and the measurement results were accurate and reliable. The correctness of the device is verified by numerical simulation and experimental results. Theoretically solved the technical problem of rapid measurement of membrane surface tension, and obtained stable results in actual measurement, thus providing a new method for membrane surface tension measurement.

Abstract: The control of boiler drum water level plays an important role in the automation control of boilers, the control effect directly affects the safety production of the boiler. In order to solve problems of non-linearity, instability and time-delay of boiler drum water level control system and difficulty in establishing accurate mathematical model, a feedforward-cascade three-flush boiler water level control system is designed, the Simulink control simulation system is established, and the control system is simulationed in the MATLAB environment, parameters of PID is determined according to engineering setting method, considering the PID controller exists some shortage,the adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed and simulationed. The results of the system simulation analysis indicate, the three-pulse cascade and feedforward water level control system can effectively eliminate the load (steam amount) change and the disturbance of the feed water flow fluctuation, fuzzy adaptive PID has shorter response time and smaller overshoot than PID controller, to make the control water level meet the stable-operational requirement with high qualituy and accuracy, and can more satisfy the boiler drum water level control requirements.

Abstract: The affirmation of the country’s existing system by the nationals is the basic element and an important manifestation of national security. As an important force for safeguarding national security and social stability, the military's national defense education is far different from the locality in terms of breadth and depth, and its functional mission makes the group have higher political awareness requirements. Therefore, the hypothesis of this paper is that the affirmative factor of the military group is significantly better than that of the non-military group. By selecting samples of military personnel or former military personnel in China's Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS), and randomly extracting the same number of non-military samples, a structural equation model was constructed to analyze the differences and internal mechanisms. The results show that this hypothesis is established, and there is a strong correlation between government satisfaction factors and institutional affirmative factors. Life satisfaction, social attitudes and political attitude factors also affect system security to some extent.
