Abstract: The diversity of therapeutic offers is a proven fact in the contemporary world. In a still traditional society that is the Ferlo, there is a therapeutic diversity that encompasses a wide range of people in a nomadic community. In a context of medical pluralism, this article was contributing to the comprehension of how the structuring of social structures and health systems and the inter-functionality of its components can influence therapeutic remedies. This was a case study. The case studied was the logic of care-seeking behaviour of deseased children in a context of therapeutic pluralism. A total of 30 peoples were interviewed. These included 20 mothers and caregivers aged 6 to 59 months, 8 traditional healers and 2 health providers from the Widou thiengholi health post. Semi-directive interview guides were used for the survey. Interviews with informants were conducted in the local language of the participants. The data obtained through each in-depth individual interview were analyzed separately through the thematic content analysis. Data analysis was performed using NVivo 11 software. In the Ferlo, in the gender relations in the management of the disease in the child, the grandmother had a predominant place in the therapeutic decision-making process. The representations of diseases allowed a binary typology of diseases into "doctors" and "healers" diseases. These representations determined the type of recourse. There were other reasons for the choice of the type of remedy. The quality of the caregiver-patient relationship was one of the main reasons that influenced the choice of the health care facility as a use of care. The poor quality of the reception and the bad behavior of the providers discourage the communities to go to the health post. Despite the fact that the communities recognize the effectiveness of the treatment provided there. This study showed that disease representations play an important role in defining care-seeking behavior. Thus the “singular representations” relating to the types of illness condition the type of recourse to care. Nevertheless, there were characteristics specific to a type of remedy which contributed to the underutilization of this type of remedy. In this study, it was the quality of the care-patient relationship that was judged to be of insufficient quality and that was a factor of the underutilization of modern health services.

In a still traditional society that is the Ferlo, there is a therapeutic diversity that encompasses a wide range of people in a nomadic community. Abstract: The central focus of this textual analysis and research is to provide an overview and theoretical explanation of how public policy in South Africa has been chosen for inclusion based on the agenda setting practices of local media and government. The suggested notion behind the agenda setting practices is that they are instituted at the social, political and economic marginalization of the grass roots population which in fact comprises nearly 65 percent of the South African population. In addition, there is an examination of the Black Consciousness ideology of Stephen Bantu Biko and its historical and fundamental foundations in an attempt to address the social, political and economic empowerment of the grass roots population in South Africa. By offering Black Consciousness as development policy through a specific public and political agenda; economic and political equality in South Africa can be achieved.

Abstract: The major Central Banks consider as more stable the economy horizon, when the base value of inflation close to 2% has been reached. It is assumed that a low inflation is affecting the economy efficiency, while a greater balance between the two variables is an advantage. It must be added that basic inflation close to 2% is an abstract value, undefined, because it defines the healthy global economy evolving within the natural system compatibility. In the current global economy, achieving this level of balance is out of reach. This does not mean that an approach to the inflation basic values shouldn’t be pursued, given that a balanced relationship between price inflation and GDP may indicate a tendency to the economic system rebalance. On the other hand, a correlation between Inflation and GDP is a sign of economic instability. A signal of instability due to the debt excess affecting the world economy. Unfortunately, ten years after the serious post-speculation financial crisis, the debt burden has worsened due to the pervasive use of ultra-Keynesian policies to alleviate the side effects of the severe 2008-2012 recession. In fact the post-speculation recessionary crisis did not mitigate the problem of debt excess, but did worsen it instead due to the consequences produced by the cycle support policies. The “sword of Damocles” of excessive debt, therefore, remains hanging over the global economy. In these circumstances, trying to accelerate the economic cycle could lead to a rerun of the speculative boom already experienced. While a global economy proceeding with the aim of a contained but prolonged growth, could certainly avoid to follow the “sirens” of a growing global indebtedness. Provided that monetary and fiscal policy would not derail from the right path of economy compatible growth.

Abstract: The establishment of public interest litigation system in China, it is a great significance to strengthen the protection of social public interests. However, when the procuratorial organ bringing civil public interest litigation, there is a certain degree of conflict with the trial supervision duties that it undertakes. This kind of conflict is manifested in a conflict of the dual identity, the conflict of the nature of the role and the conflict of value pursuit. These three kinds of conflicts not only affected the balance of civil litigation structure but also affected the credibility of civil trial results. Therefore, there is an urgent need to restrict the relevant litigation rights and litigation obligations of procuratorial organs in civil public interest litigation, adjust the time for performing its trial supervision duties, etc., in order to construct a reasonable system to coordinate these conflicts, giving full performance to the role of procuratorial organs in protecting social public interests.

Abstract: In recent years, there have been frequent terrorist attacks on urban rail transit systems around the world, which have exposed loopholes in such measures as security inspection and prevention. The urban rail transit system is easily targeted due to its relative openness, unthoroughness of security inspection and seriousness of the damage consequences. It is also a risk zone of non-traditional security and a perfect place for terrorists to create indiscriminate killing cases. Based on field research and combining with the practical problems of rail transit at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the terrorist risks such as in urban rail transit platforms, surrounding areas and stations, and puts forward the mechanism construction and security technology prevention system of perfecting the urban rail transit operation department and related early warning countermeasures. At the same time, by exploring ways to prevent and control terrorist attacks, and improving the sensitivity and effectiveness of prevention and control, this study has certain reference significance for guiding China in the fight against terrorism in cities.
