Abstract: This article aims to study Marxism-Leninism that the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vietnamese people have chosen as the ideological foundation. In this research, the author uses the analytical, logical, and historically scientific research methods. It affirms that going to communism is the right way. In this study, the author offers the arguments to prove that the way the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people choose for Vietnam's revolution is suitable with the current trend. The author proposes the research hypothesis that Marxism-Leninism is a scientific theory and law. K. Marx and F. Engels discovered the law on the development of human society - the dialectical relationship between production forces and relations, which is the basis for predicting the inevitability of humans to advance to socialism and communism in the future. V. I. Lenin continued to develop the thought of K. Marx and F. Engels in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century in the new condition when capitalism turned to imperialism. President Ho Chi Minh was a typical example of the creative application of Marxism-Leninism in Vietnam's unique circumstances. The application and selection of Marxism-Leninism as an ideological foundation in Vietnam is right.

Abstract: Generally, Hinduism has two aspects within its paradigm, Ritualistic Hinduism and Spiritualistic Hinduism. First one is an institutionalized and organized religion with its holy books, rituals, priesthood, dogmas etc. The second one is a mystical outlook towards existence, a kind of spiritual humanism or freelance mysticism. This aspect of Hinduism is a continuation of the ancient wisdom traditions like Gnosticism and Neo-Platonism. The ritualistic aspect has its traditions in the form of Vedas, Shastras, and Puranas. Spiritualistic Hinduism can take many things from these traditions, but it’s not strictly bound to their rules and regulations. The example of mystical Hinduism can be derived from the Upanishads, which are an amalgamation of philosophy and mysticism, and Yoga Sutras which are the general ethical and spiritual methods to reach to a state of equanimity and bliss. We can see Aurobindo Ghosh attesting Semitic prophets and including them in the broader spectrum of spirituality. We can observe Ramakrishna Paramhamsa worshipping in mosques and churches. We can know the essence of Bhakti movement with its inclusive and syncretistic philosophy and love. The ritualistic side is exclusivist and casteist and sometimes manifests itself in the form of dogmatism and exploitation. The common masses who follow the ritualistic side literally believe in thousands of gods and goddesses with their myriad stories and myths. But the Hindu philosophers like Professor Radhakrishnan know that all these mythological stories are just various metaphors for the One Absolute Reality known as Brahman in the Upanishads or Vedanta. I intend to highlight the spiritual, mystical and philosophical aspects of Hinduism or Vedanta.

Nuclear Power Plants Are Not So Safe: Fluid Transients / Water Hammers, Autoignition, Explosions, Accident Predictions and Ethics

Abstract: Due to misdiagnosed hydrogen explosions and ethically flawed publications, nuclear power plants are not as safe as published to be for decades. Previous publications inaccurately, unethically, and inappropriately assessed reactor safety with respect to other industries and natural disasters, where nuclear industry publications non-conservatively applied data to promote nuclear reactor safety, and published models skewed accident data to present nuclear energy as safer than it is. Major findings of this one-man study were calculated with 95% confidence. 1) Explosions caused by fluid transients accompany nuclear power plant meltdowns. 2) A meltdown similar to Three Mile Island (TMI-2) has a 50% probability before 2039, with a one in two probability of a radioactive release like Fukushima. 3) A large radioactive release like Fukushima has a 50% probability before 2067. 4) Radioactive releases can be prevented by fluid transient control with the exception of Chernobyl type accidents, which are expected far into the future. 5) Nuclear power plant accidental deaths are not significantly less than other industries as claimed for many years, but are comparable to other industries. An improved explanation of nuclear power plant explosion safety is provided here to better control dangers in the radiation business. Items 1 and 2 were previously published, but are summarized here as proof of principle to support this new research, and items 3, 4, and 5 are new to the literature. These latter concerns are the thrust for this discussion of ethics, nuclear safety, and the prevention of loss of life, property damages, and catastrophic environmental damages. A personal history of the difficulties of being the first to invent new theory and the government obstruction and unethical cover up to thwart legitimate safety concerns are intertwined with statistical proofs for nuclear reactor disaster predictions. Such disasters explode radioactive dust clouds into the air to circle our planet, and spread radioactive contamination that radioactively rains down across parts of the earth following large accidental explosions. Although the ethical path to accomplish this task has great personal costs, such as difficulty, stress, complexity of thought, long hours, impacts on family life, and money, the rewards are that imminent nuclear power plant explosions and loss of life can be stopped!

Abstract: The article deals with the ideological basis, social and cultural features of the formation of European legal and civic values. The value regulations of legal ethics on the example of the formation of the legal culture of Germany are investigated. The author revealed the distinctive character of the Ukrainian socio-cultural context of legal culture from European countries. The study provides tools for understanding and focuses on resolving ethical conflicts in modern advocacy in Ukraine. The author explored the norms of legal ethics adopted in European society, as well as the regulatory potential of deontology through reference to its origins. In the context of social philosophy, the author outlined the ethical potential of due process, the regulatory effect of the value of trust in the legal profession of Germany, as well as revealed the formation of due process and determine its ethical potential. It was concluded that the heuristic potential of the concept of J. Habermas "world community" can be applied to activists of public organizations operating in the modern global world. Such organizations include professional associations of lawyers, which within the UN and the EU conduct regulatory initiatives on the ethical regulation of the professional activities of lawyers. International and regional (EU) bar associations are organizations of the world community that are engaged in ethical rulemaking in relation to the professional activity of lawyers. Regulatory principles of this type of organizations are mandatory in the scope of their action.

Abstract: We usually discuss the question of determining the logical meaning of error and that of finding out the psychological conditions under which error is made possible. It is important to consider the general implications of those judgments regarding the ontological status of an illusory object. Unlike their Western counterpart, the investigation of an erroneous cognition has drawn the special attention of ancient philosophers of India. As a result, in Indian philosophy there are different theories of error which are propounded by different philosophers in accordance with the ontological schemes of their schools of philosophy. This paper is an attempt to critically discuss the Naiyāyikas’ view of error called Anyathākhyātivāda with special attention to the Advaita Vedāntic critique of it. It is interesting to analyze different new arguments that have been developed by the later philosophers of these schools. The investigation of an erroneous cognition by the philosophers of Advaita Vedānta has been continuing from Śākarācarya to the modern Indian philosophers who refute the Nyāya position with new arguments. In what follows we propose to discuss critically some of these arguments.

Abstract: Williams puts forward and develops his theory of integrity on the basis of criticizing utilitarianism and Kantian ethics as too demanding to make enough room for personal projects. Instead, his integrity theory advocates that we should act out of commitments with which we deeply identify ourselves. In doing so, we express who we really are and make our life meaningful. If not so, our integrity would be violated and we may lose ourselves. Such a description of the self in moral life is criticized as solipsism for that it makes the relationship between one’s projects and himself only be regulated by himself. This paper aims to point out that such criticism is inappropriate. To show the inaccuracy of the criticism, the author will analyze the relationship between the self and others in two aspects. The first aspect is about the structure of formation of desires and others, and the second one is about the action responsibility and others. After analysis, in the first aspect of desires, the self needs others to form and stabilize desires, beliefs and motivations to cooperate with others. Others help the self to sustain the sense of reality to prevent the self from forming wishful thinking. As to action, others’ need for response is an important element in ascribing the self’s action responsibility. The self acquires self-conception, self-cognition and self-identity through the interaction with others. Thus, others play an essential role in Williams’ theory of integrity. Although there are some flaws in Williams’ integrity theory, to reexamine his theory is conducive to our understanding of moral life.

Abstract: This study aims to find out the theory and practice of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front's activities at the grassroots level. For this purpose, the study is based on 3 basic hypotheses: 1 / What is the Vietnamese Fatherland Front? 2/What is the origin and view of the role, position, function, and modes of operation of this organization? 3/ How effective are the Vietnamese Fatherland Front's activities at the grassroots? From the objectives and hypotheses to the research, the author has used scientific research methods such as analysis and synthesis, interpretation and induction, abstraction and generalization, logic, history, and comparison to find out results and give recommendations to the work of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front at the grassroots level. The study has found out that the Vietnamese Fatherland Front at grassroots level has carried out well the task of uniting the people, promoting and improving the quality of the people’s lives. The study has suggested that to work effectively, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front needs to understand the local situation. It also needs to mobilize all classes including ethnic minorities, intellectuals, businesspeople, religious people, overseas Vietnamese, ethnic minority groups, etc. It should also implement the campaign "All People Unite to Build a Cultural Life in Residential Areas".
