Abstract: Only by understanding history can we correctly understand and grasp the objective laws of social development. Taking the teaching of the Modern Chinese History as the background, this study explores the actual academic performance of 967 students in 27 classes of 11 different majors, including: Clinical medicine, Chinese and western integrative medicine, Pharmacy, Bioscience, Bioengineering, Medical laboratory technology, Animal nutrition and feed science, Aquaculture, Pratacultural science, Ecology as well as Landscape architecture, in Yangzhou University of China. We mainly investigate the influence of the same teaching method on different majors by means of statistical analysis. The results show that the current teaching methods have a significant impact on the teaching effect of three majors: Bioengineering, Pratacultural science and Ecology. This means that the ratio of impact of the same teaching methods to different majors accounts for 27.27%. In addition, we also find that there are significant differences between Bioengineering and other five majors, such as Clinical Medicine, Chinese and Western integrative medicine, Animal nutrition and feed science, Aquaculture as well as Pratacultural science. It is hoped that the analysis results of this paper may provide some theoretical basis and reference for the study of historical teaching methods, and also provide relevant information for overseas modern Chinese history research institutions to understand the learning situation of history of China in this period.

Abstract: This paper examines the British attitudes toward the issues of the European Community movement to the next stage of integration. The author focuses on the lengthy report on European Union by the Belgian Prime Minister L. Tindemans. The author analyzes three main directions of movement toward political union. They are firstly, the issues of the common foreign policy which proved to be the main reasons for building Europe; secondly, the proposals on economic and monetary union which were the most critical in Britain; thirdly, the institutional developments which were not of a federalist nature and commented on by the British officials in a positive tone. The author argues that those points in the report which did not suit the UK interests, the British government intended to settle down during negotiations by their exception or granting of special conditions to the United Kingdom.

Abstract: The occurrence of the dual unforgettable incidents namely ‘Cold War’ between the two superpowers, the United States and the former United Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) and fall of the Berlin Wall, Moroccan authorities consolidated what could be seen as “fundamental background” of the democratization process. With the help of modernity, Moroccan monarchy has been able to incrementally install a systematic equilibrium that could match the contemporarily modern democratic style. The authorities, however, focus on political and civic organizations. The flexible nature of this nation coupled with absolute amenable behaviour to embrace democracy as a new style very much help in keeping the kingship system on the stance at least for now and time to come. This has become clear during the popular political revolts of 2011 when Moroccans in large numbers demanded modifications and changes instead of toppling down the ancient system at whole. Islam reached Morocco somewhere during the first century of the Hijra (migration), and since that time, the kingship remains the style of leadership in the country until today.

Abstract: In our view, who the real policy makers are as well as which the particular premises upon which a public policy is based have not been abundantly clarified. The fact that there are often plural possible alternatives available before decision on a critical issue is taken suggests the multidimensional character of public policies. Which choices shall be eventually made is a very interesting issue which merits attention. This calls for an analysis of the concrete principles governing a public issue. Quite often plural principles may be discovered around a public issue. Policy makers have then to choose among them the right one. While achievement in the respective area cannot be denied, some public policy decisions (outputs) may still leave much to be desired. Examples may be taken from numerous policy areas. The aim of this paper is to address such concerns and try to provide explanations of a classical philosophical character. To this end it rests upon such assumptions: a. Decisions are stemming from ideas represented by verbal utterances. Material conditions by themselves cannot produce such ideas, for good knowledge of a language is required. They are not irrelevant, but they are not producers. b. Principles (ideas) often clash with each other. Priorities then must be placed (rule of selecting the right principle for each case).
