Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Red archives are the true records of the development of the Chinese nation. The development and utilization of red archive resources are conducive to the development and inheritance of patriotism, the requirements of national development and social progress, and an important embodiment of the combination of national spirit and the spirit of the times. The development of red archives is of great significance to the country, archives departments, and the public. Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province established the New Fourth Army Headquarters on January 29, 1941, becoming the political, cultural, and military center of the Central China Anti-Japanese Battlefield. The Office of Yancheng Municipal People's Government pointed out that the exchange and cooperation with institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, archives, libraries, and other units should be strengthened to strengthen the rescue protection of the resources of old chronicles of previous dynasties, and all sectors of society should be encouraged to give play to the resources of old chronicles and continue Yancheng culture. [Method/Process] Through literature research and collection of typical cases of Yancheng Red Archives, this paper reveals some problems existing in the development of Yancheng Red Archives in the archives management department, such as the emphasis on excessive storage, weak awareness of red archives protection, single development, single implementation subject, etc. [Results/Conclusion] Based on the problems found, this paper puts forward the development strategy of Yancheng Red Archives, namely, changing traditional concepts and focusing on resource utilization; Enrich communication forms with the help of all parties; Integrate multiple main forces of red archives; Innovate the application of emerging technologies and promote the promotion of achievements.

Abstract: Because of the rising costs of chemical fertilizers and the growing environmental concerns, there is a need in the use of bio-inoculants in crop production and soil fertility enhancement. A field study was therefore conducted at Jimma zone Kersa and Nadi gibe District during 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 main cropping season to evaluate soybean nodulating rhizobia isolates under field condition in order to select the best performing rhizobia strain for nodulation, yield and yield attributes of soybean. Eight treatments were arranged in RCBD with three replications. Nodule number, number of pods per plant, dry biomass and grain yield was responded significantly to the interaction effects of Tgp-3 inoculation. The maximum mean yield of 2506.5kg per hectare and mean dry biomass of 8.12 ton per hectare was obtained from Tgp-3 inoculation. Similarly the highest mean nodule number of 298.68 per plant was counted after inoculation with Tgp-3. Similarly the highest mean number of pods per plant was obtained by inoculation of Tgp-3. These results demonstrated that the dominance of Tgp-3 rhizobium isolate and could explain the effectiveness of the isolate in South west soil of Ethiopia. Inoculation of Tgp-3 isolate with Clark 63-K soybean variety was being considered effective symbionts for Clark 63-K soybean production in the area.

Abstract: This study was carried out to justify the strength of the connection of two or multiple Vertical Axis Water Turbines (VAWT) with a diamond bond model using laboratory and field studies. This study is very important because it is intended for joints, where the load occurs dynamically between two vertical axis water turbines placed on the water flow. The connection must be able to accept the heaving, pitching and yawing loads that occur when the turbine is subjected to hydrodynamic loads. Wood, which is receiving increasing attention in the green and sustainable building industry, is starting to be mechanically positioned according to its strength. For this reason, in this study, wood was chosen as the main material in side loading between the Gorlov Turbine samples. The test is carried out by making a tickblock model which is coated with a glass composite which is then given a load, and measuring the deviations that occur. Prior to the test, a Finite Element Methods test was carried out to determine the deflection due to the working load, in the form of thrust force and torque moment. From the tests carried out, it was obtained information that the joints provide stiffness that can be approximated by the quadratic model. Tests on the scale of the Gorlov turbine model have also been justified in experiments which have shown satisfactory results. The torque generated is quite adequate, which is around 17.83 Watts at 100.2 rpm. From this test it was found that apart from torsional motion, other movements can be minimized so that the effect of aeroelasticity phenomena can be avoided.

Abstract: The Nigerian poultry industry, with a net worth value of 1.875trillion naira, comprises approximately 180 million birds and produces 454 million tons of meat and 21 billion eggs per year. Yet, local production only meets 30% of the demand for chicken eggs and meat, thus exposing the investment potentials and performance associated challenges at boosting the poultry industry that has emerged as the most dynamic, developed, commercialized and fastest growing livestock sub-sector in the country. Thus, this study examined the impact of financial re-engineering on organisational capacity of the poultry business in Nigeria. The study adopted survey research design. The population of the study were 4,324 active farmers and support services of the key poultry business stakeholders in the six geo-political zones of Nigeria. The sample size of 450 was determined using Taro Yamane sample size formular. Strata random sampling technique were used to select the respondents from the geo-political zones. A structured and valid questionnaire were administered to the respondents with a response rate of 84%. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients for the constructs ranged from 0.87 to 0.95. Descriptive and inferential (multiple regression) analysis was used to analyse the data at 5% level of significance. The findings revealed that financial re-engineering had a significant effect on organisational capacity (learning and growth performance) (Adj. R2 = 0.607 F (5,379) = 118.008, p < 0.05). The study concluded that financial re-engineering has significant effect on organisational capacity of poultry business in Nigeria. The study recommended that the numerous agricultural institutions should prioritise the training of skilled professionals and workers at all levels running short-term developmental programmes, adapting the school curriculum to teach current trends in the livestock business, research into new methodologies of skills development as a tool for building capacity with the workforce and drive all other performance indices.

Abstract: The finite deformation of internally pressurized isotropic compressible synthetic rubber-like material governed by Levinson and Burgess strain energy function is analysed. A second-order nonlinear ordinary differential (Lane-Emden) equationwith shooting boundary value was derivedfor the determination of displacements distributions. Several analytical methods were employed to solve the resulting boundary value problem but no closed form solution was obtained at the moment. Fortunately, a lot of software have been developed to handle such highly nonlinear second order ordinary differential equations with specific values of parameters. Also, the stresses acting on the material were determined. We obtained numerical solution by applying shooting method and validated the result using collocation method on mathematica (ode45 solver). The simulation of the system is made forρ = 14N/m2, and the cylindrical symmetric deformation attained its maximum displacements and stresses atr(1) = 1.16638m and σrr = (-1.2973e-05)kg/m/s2. We were able to develop numerical schemes using shooting and Collocation methods which made it easier to determine position of maximum stresses and pressure in a cylindrical material of Levinson-Burgess strain energy function. These numerical schemes can solve any nonlinear second-order ordinary differential equations with any given boundary conditions on Mathematica Software. The results of the two schemes were statistically compared using t-test and results obtained showed, the two methods have no significant difference which validates the solutions.
