Abstract: Satisfaction of customer, either in product quality point of view, or in delivery lead time point of view, is considered as a pivotal challenge among producers and distributers in supply chain. This leads to both augmentation of service level and declining the total costs of the supply chain. In this paper, we regarded a variant of the Location-Routing Problem (LRP) with consideration of green aspects, namely the green LRP with simultaneous pickup and delivery (GLRPSPD). This problem seeks to minimize total cost by simultaneously locating the distribution centers and designing the vehicle routes that satisfy pickup and delivery demand of each customer at the same time, in a way that ecological aspects are observed. The formulated problem was a mixed integer programming (MIP) model and it used, GAMS optimization software for solving that. Finally, to solve the real-size problem in an acceptable time, we considered a hybrid heuristic Genetic Algorithm-Simulated Annealing (GA-SA). The compared solutions of GAMS and those obtained from the hybrid GA-SA depicts that the hybrid heuristic GA-SA is proficient in terms of both computational time and the quality of the solutions obtained.

Abstract: Semiconductor device course is a professional basic course for students majoring in electronic information science and technology, and is also a required course for the school-enterprise cooperative class in our college. The enterprise requires the students to be able to combine theory with practice and have the ability to solve practical problems. Because this course has the characteristics of high basic theory requirement, strong comprehensiveness and abstract content, our college work together with an enterprise for the semiconductor device course. To construct the "Semiconductor Devices" course by school and enterprise jointly can strengthen the linkage between them, which is of great significance for deepening the reform of application-oriented personnel training mode, deepening the reform of teaching content and teaching methods, highlighting the cultivation of students' practical ability, innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and improving the quality of personnel training. Jointly, by building a teaching team, making a course standard, improving the teaching files, developing the teaching resources, compiling the textbooks and examining the students, We have built an excellent teaching team with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, standardized and enriched various teaching documents and resources, and finally improved students' interest and enthusiasm in learning. Abstract: Due to the daily rotation of the Earth, both its surface and atmosphere are constantly crossed by the lines of force of the geomagnetic field. The Lorentz force arising in this case constantly acts both on the surface of the Earth and in the earth's atmosphere, distributing charges so that positive ones move upwards, and negative ones – downwards. Naturally, the action of such a Lorentz force is manifested in a number of terrestrial and atmospheric phenomena, both well known and considered not entirely clear. It is also natural to want to use this Lorentz force as a source of constantly renewed energy. To this end, it is useful to analyze some well-known terrestrial phenomena that clearly demonstrate the capabilities of this Lorentz force. It is equally useful to analyze the possible use of this Lorentz force by aliens for both UFO flights and for abducting earthlings. One way or another, a number of hard-to-explain phenomena observed when a UFO appears, gets a completely acceptable explanation if we take into account both the action of this very Lorentz force and its energy intensity. Although the interpretation of both well-studied and little-studied phenomena proposed here may seem controversial, it deserves consideration, like everything new.

Abstract: In this paper picture fuzzy graph has shown more advantage in handling vagueness and uncertainty than fuzzy set. We have applied concept of picture fuzzy set to fuzzy set. Picture fuzzy graph is generalization of fuzzy graph. The concept of picture fuzzy graph has discussed here. In this paper complement and Ring sum operation of picture fuzzy graphs has discussed isomorphic property of picture fuzzy graphs. We have used picture Fuzzy graph play important role in representation of many uncertain decision making problem in daily life since Picture fuzzy set is an efficient mathematical model to deal with uncertain real life problems, e.g. number theory, coding theory, cryptography, computer science, operation research, also we are using certain concepts of bipolar fuzzy directed hypergraphs Finally we have proved the Ring sum of two picture fuzzy graphs is also a picture fuzzy graph.
