About This Special Issue
Vision and eye health are of great importance for daily life, and it is essential to preserve them in order to maintain a good quality of life. Optometry is the area of health sciences focused on the compensation of refractive errors through ophthalmic lenses or contact lenses, detects eye diseases through eye examinations, applies the necessary techniques for the diagnosis, prognosis, rehabilitation of visual health anomalies, and manages the prevention of eye diseases.
One of the primary goals of this special issue is to promote modernization in all aspects of Optometry. It provides an opportunity for Healthcare Professionals, Academicians, Scientists, Researchers, Doctors, Specialists, Ophthalmic Nurses, and Optometry Students to discuss and share ideas on topics, trends, and developments in the fields of Ophthalmic Science subjects. Its goal is to bring together experts from Ophthalmic Sciences disciplines in order to promote the dissemination of ongoing research in this field. It also provides an exceptional opportunity for eye care professionals to address new challenges, share solutions, and discuss future research directions in the fields listed below. The authors are prompted to describe their original piece of work.
