About This Special Issue
The aim of the special issue is to improve the dissemination of advanced research in the area of special functions with matrix argument. Theory of special functions with matrix argument plays an important role in statistics and computer science especially in Cryptography. They are also useful nowadays in Cloud computing and Nanotechnology in view of computing programs.

The Positive Symmetric Definite or Hermitian Positive Definite Matrix is very useful in the formation of statistical distributions and other related properties like generating functions, moment, etc. Special functions with matrix argument commonly arise in areas of applications viz. heat conduction, communication systems, electro-optics, non-linear wave propagation, electromagnetic theory, quantum mechanics, approximation theory, probability theory, reliability theory and electrical circuit theory. Original research papers are solicited in any aspect of special functions with matrix argument.
